About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior People Operations Manager to join our People team. Reporting directly to the Head of People Operations, you will play a critical role in driving the efficiency, effectiveness, and strategic impact of our HR operations. You will collaborate closely with the HR Business Partner and other stakeholders to deliver seamless HR services that support our company’s growth and culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage core people operations functions, including employee lifecycle management, HR systems administration, compliance, and process optimization.
- Partner with the Head of People Operations to develop and implement scalable HR policies and programs aligned with business goals.
- Collaborate with the HR Business Partner to ensure consistent execution of HR strategies and employee engagement initiatives.
- Oversee HR data integrity and reporting, providing insights and recommendations to leadership for decision-making.
- Drive continuous improvement in HR operations through best practices, automation, and technology enhancements.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to employees and managers on operational HR matters, ensuring excellent service delivery.
- Lead and mentor junior HR team members, fostering a culture of collaboration and professional growth.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and internal policies across all people operations activities.
Qualifications
- 7+ years in people operations, HR management, or related roles within fast-paced organizations.
- Strong knowledge of HR systems, data analytics, and process improvement methodologies.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
- Experience working in partnership with HRBPs and senior HR leaders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred; relevant certifications a plus.
- Work PST hours
Our salary bands are structured based on a combination of geographic tiers and internal leveling. Compensation is determined by multiple factors assessed during the interview process, with the final offer reflecting these considerations.
