The role
We’re looking for a Senior People Systems Manager to lead our People Systems function: overseeing the design, implementation, compliance and optimization of our people-facing platforms with primary focus on HRIS. You’ll manage a small but high-impact team, act as the strategic partner to HR and the business to ensure our systems are aligned with business needs, audit-ready and scalable.
You’ll be hands-on with tools like HiBob, Greenhouse, Expensify, etc. and serve as both the systems owner and the process architect across the employee lifecycle.

Your responsibilities will include:
- Lead a team of 3-5 system administrators/specialists responsible for daily support and optimization of our HR and People systems.
- Own the architecture, data integrity, documentation and process design of HR systems.
- Serve as the primary partner to HR and beyond HR stakeholders ensuring technology aligns with functional goals and compliance standards.
- Drive automation, lifecycle workflows and system integrations across the employee journey (onboarding, reviews, compensation, offboarding).
- Lead system audits and own audit readiness, including documentation, access controls and stakeholder coordination.
- Serve as a decision-maker on system configuration, changes and upgrades, ensuring minimal disruption and maximum value.
We expect you to have:
- 5-7 years of experience working with HRIS and people platforms, including administration, optimization and integration.
- 2+ years of people management experience.
- Strong understanding of HR operations, people processes and the systems that support them.
- Experience with HiBob, Greenhouse, NetSuite, Expensify and Microsoft Azure.
- Strong communication, project leadership and stakeholder management skills.
- Familiarity with audit controls, documentation best practices and compliance.
