About the role

As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a Senior Product Designer to join the Design Team and play a key role in shaping every surface across our product — from core user flows to new features and internal tools that define the You.com experience. You’ll help shape the end-to-end product, ensuring it’s intuitive, cohesive, and exceptional at every touchpoint. This is a high-impact role with plenty of autonomy and influence over how millions of users interact with You.com. You’ll work closely with the Design, Product, and Engineering teams to bring ideas to life quickly and at a high bar.

What you'll do

  • Contribute to the overall product and design direction of the whole company
  • Work cross-functionally with engineers and other partners
  • Come up with features and improvements that ship quickly and with high-quality
  • Use and evolve our internal design system
  • Create flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity visuals for your features
  • Work closely with engineers and other partners to ensure a high-quality implementation
  • Help with hiring and establishing a design culture within the company
  • Redefining best-in-class software design and development processes so that we can build an opinionated product

What we’re looking for

  • 5+ years of experience designing software
  • Excellent visual, UI, and interaction skills
  • Experience with prototyping in Figma and other tools
  • Ability to break down complex problems into simple, effective design solutions
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Familiar with coding languages and frameworks

Our salary bands are structured based on a combination of geographic tiers and internal leveling. Compensation is determined by multiple factors assessed during the interview process, with the final offer reflecting these considerations.

Salary Band
$170,000$220,000 USD
