- End-to-end Process: Independently manage full design cycles, from research through to implementation. Demonstrate a solid understanding of user needs, business goals, and technical constraints.
- Design Execution: Craft user journeys aligned with product behavior, user needs, and workflows. Proficient in prototyping, uses design system components and meaningful data to validate both physical and digital interactions.
- Research: Plan and conduct qualitative and quantitative research to gather insights and refine design hypotheses. Iterate designs based on user feedback and research findings to continuously improve the product experience and validate design solutions.
- Design System: Collaborate with the design system team and developers to implement improvements. Identify potential issues in components and the contribution process.
- Collaboration: Proactively communicate changes, project progress, updates, project notes, strategic thoughts, etc. to managers, key stakeholders, and peers. Ensuring visual and functional consistency across all products by advocating for design system best practices and standards.
- Advocacy: Promote design principles and user-centered design philosophy across the organization.
- Usability and accessibility: Champion usability and accessibility principles to create intuitive and accessible user experiences. Refine user journeys and interactions to simplify complex workflows and enhance user satisfaction.
- Experience: 5+ years of relevant experience in interaction design, visual design, information architecture, and design systems. Proven track record in designing sophisticated software products that prioritize intuitive user experiences.
- Expertise: Deep understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and accessibility standards. Understanding of user psychology and human-centered design principles. Bonus points if you have experience in document lifecycle management software.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in design tools (e.g., Figma, Framer, Adobe Creative Suite) and a strong understanding of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
- Research: Demonstrated ability to deeply understand user needs through integrating user research into the design process. Proficient in gathering and utilizing both qualitative and quantitative user research to drive informed design decisions.
- Communication: Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and influence cross-functional teams without direct authority. Excellent verbal and written communication skills (B2 in English), with the ability to articulate complex design concepts clearly to diverse audiences.
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving design issues.
