Improve key metrics like retention rate and feature adoption, execute strategies for enhanced data collection, and craft outstanding user experiences. Things you will do:
- Identify, execute, and iterate on how customers can improve data collection.
- Create UX and visual designs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional and other design stakeholders.
- Plan, facilitate, and run research independently or with support of the Research function.
- Run workshops and feedback sessions.
- Leverage and contribute to Design System
What you already bring to the table:
- 4+ years of industry experience in digital product design.
- Specializes in 0-to-1 product development.
- Confident with the end-to-end design process, from discovery to execution.
- Proficient in designing visually appealing and intuitive user interfaces.
- Experience in conducting user research, usability testing, and incorporating feedback into design iterations.
- Has worked with Design Systems in the past, and can use and contribute to it.
- Proven experience in designing SaaS products, with a particular focus on Marketer tools.
- Has a solid portfolio of case studies.
- Fluent in English
