About the Role

Join us in a role where you'll boost our Typeform customers' data collection with ongoing intelligence through 3rd-party data integration. Improve key metrics like retention rate and feature adoption, execute strategies for enhanced data collection, and craft outstanding user experiences. Things you will do:

  • Identify, execute, and iterate on how customers can improve data collection.
  • Create UX and visual designs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional and other design stakeholders.
  • Plan, facilitate, and run research independently or with support of the Research function.
  • Run workshops and feedback sessions.
  • Leverage and contribute to Design System

What you already bring to the table:

  • 4+ years of industry experience in digital product design.
  • Specializes in 0-to-1 product development.
  • Confident with the end-to-end design process, from discovery to execution.
  • Proficient in designing visually appealing and intuitive user interfaces.
  • Experience in conducting user research, usability testing, and incorporating feedback into design iterations.
  • Has worked with Design Systems in the past, and can use and contribute to it.
  • Proven experience in designing SaaS products, with a particular focus on Marketer tools.
  • Has a solid portfolio of case studies.
  • Fluent in English

Nice to Have:

  • Familiarity with ShapeUp Framework
