Things you will do:
- Increase conversions
- Improve retention and growth
- Ensure pricing clarity and fairness
- Support the rollout of new plans and packaging
- Redesign the checkout experience to accommodate new pricing models and packaging.
- Create intuitive pricing pages and selection flows that help users quickly find the right plan
- Planning, facilitating, and running research independently or with support of the Research function
- Running workshops and feedback sessions
- Leveraging and contributing to Design System
What you already bring to the table:
- 7+ years of industry experience in digital product design
- Previous experience in B2B Saas
- Specializes in 0-to-1 product development, not just feature improvements
- Confident with the end-to-end design process, from discovery to execution
- Proficient in designing visually appealing and intuitive user interfaces
- Conducting user research, usability testing, and incorporating feedback into design iterations
- Has worked with Design Systems in the past, and can use and contribute to it
- Proven experience in designing B2B SaaS products, with a particular focus on Marketer tools
- Has a solid portfolio of case studies
