About the Role:
We are seeking a self-driven Senior Product Lead - User Acquisition and Growth to manage initiatives focused on acquiring, onboarding and activating new users in service of growth. You will lead efforts to define the product strategy and drive product delivery for initiatives that elevate the fun, ease, and simplicity of experiences that accelerate our growth flywheel. You will hit the ground running on in-flight projects and work cross-functionally to understand existing acquisition strategies and implement new ones to accelerate the business. Ultimately, your efforts will drive best-in-class product-led user growth for America’s Rewards App.
This is a full-time role that can be held from one of our US offices or remotely in the United States.
What you’ll do at Fetch (Role Responsibilities):
- Set the vision and strategy for your initiatives, and collaborate cross-functionally to align stakeholders
- Immerse yourself in the Fetch consumer experience, know our app in and out, and understand our user and partner interaction dynamics, on and off the app
- Use a combination of product instincts and data to drive decisions and results
- Become the go-to Product Leader for understanding our current user growth metrics, insights and unlocks
- Collaborate with data analytics, data science, marketing, consumer insights, user research, and other teams to identify qualitative and quantitative insights that lead to key initiatives and experiments to deliver on user growth
- Collaborate with product and software engineering leaders to define, execute and launch innovative product enhancements through a clear product strategy and roadmap
- Consistently demonstrate clear improvements to user retention metrics and deliver the FUN to Fetch users
- Drive initiatives to elevate the abilities of our product, team, and the overall company
- Get into the DETAILS to ensure we build a world-class product that our consumers and partners love and cannot live without
- No excuses; take ownership and responsibility for outcomes, and be ready to take action to remediate issues and solve tough problems in a fast-paced environment
In your Toolbox (Minimum Requirements):
- Experienced product leader with a track record of designing innovative products and experiences, launching software quickly with high quality, measuring results, and achieving business outcomes
- Experienced leader of user acquisition, engagement, retention, and growth initiatives in the consumer app space, having built strong acquisition and habit loops in areas including, but not limited to, social, gaming, music, fitness, e-commerce or learning
- Hypothesis and data-driven to inform priorities and decision-making, conceive experiments, and measure outcomes
- Experience using retention lifecycle frameworks and models to guide the product development process
- An effective communicator and collaborator including with engineering, Design/UX, analytics, Marketing, operational departments, and external partners where necessary
- Able to thrive in uncertainty and comfortable with a high degree of ownership and bias for action; you’re a driver rather than a passenger
- Takes charge and steers the ship by defining your vision, not simply executing previously set priorities
