About the Team
This team focuses on validating high-impact initiatives and uncovering growth opportunities by running fast, focused experiments—such as prototypes and small proof-of-concepts. They work closely with a small engineering pod to quickly test assumptions, reduce uncertainty, and inform product decisions using real user and business signals.
About the Role
You’ll be hands-on, building quick prototypes and running scrappy experiments to test ideas early. Some will involve AI, some won’t. The goal is to learn fast, get real signals, and help the team make smarter calls without overcommitting.
Things you will do:
- Work closely with a small engineering pod to design and run fast experiments, prototypes, or PoCs
- Identify and prioritize early-stage product or growth opportunities with a focus on AI and automation
- Use real user and business signals to validate or kill ideas quickly and help shape product direction
- Turn early wins into longer-term product bets and help transition them into roadmap investments
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Data, Marketing, Sales, and Research as needed
What you already bring to the table:
- Experience running early-stage experiments and building quick prototypes to validate product ideas
- Comfort working in ambiguity with limited resources and fast decision cycles
- Solid understanding of AI tools, APIs, or no-code/low-code platforms like V0 or Lovable
- Strong communication and storytelling skills to align stakeholders around new ideas
- Confidence working hands-on with engineers to scope and ship scrappy, testable solutions
Extra awesome:
- You've got light technical skills (e.g. coding, prompt engineering, automations)
- You've worked in a growth or discovery-focused PM role before
- You know how to balance scrappy experimentation with strategic thinking
- You’ve helped take something from zero to one—and you want to do it again

Verify Employer Thoroughly
Research the company's identity thoroughly before applying. Check for a professional website with contacts, active social media, and LinkedIn profiles. Verify details across platforms and look for reviews on Glassdoor or Trustpilot to confirm legitimacy.
Never Pay to Get a Job
Legitimate employers never require payment for applications, training, background checks, or equipment. Always reject upfront payment requests or demands for bank details, even if they claim it's for purchasing necessary work gear on your behalf.
Safeguard Your Personal Information
Protect sensitive data like SSN, bank details, or ID copies. Share this only after accepting a formal, written job offer. Ensure it's submitted via a secure company system or portal, never through insecure channels like standard email attachments.
Scrutinize Communication & Interviews
Watch for communication red flags: poor grammar, generic emails (@gmail), vague details, or undue pressure. Be highly suspicious of interviews held only via text or chat apps; legitimate companies typically use video or phone calls.
Beware of Unrealistic Offers
If an offer's salary or benefits seem unrealistically high for the work involved, be cautious. Research standard pay for similar roles. Offers that appear 'too good to be true' are often scams designed to lure you into providing information or payment.
Insist on a Formal Contract
Always secure and review a formal, written job offer or employment contract before starting work or sharing final personal details. Ensure it clearly defines your role, compensation, key terms, and conditions to avoid misunderstandings or scams.
