The Opportunity: Senior Product Manager, Cashalo
Tilt is seeking an experienced product manager for Cashalo, our largest international subsidiary and fintech in the Philippines expanding access to fair credit. The ideal candidate is driven by a passion to improve customer financial well-being, collaborate closely with a high performing team, and make decisions that fuel business growth. This individual will lead teams and workstreams that drive the strategy, tactics, and delivery timelines for all Cashalo features and products.
You will play a critical role in bringing products to market, designing and executing a robust testing agenda, and analyzing user data to identify areas of opportunity. You will drive day-to-day execution in partnership with Engineering, Credit and Data Science, Operations, Design, Marketing, Compliance, and Customer Support. You will also shape the longer-term strategy of the product and roadmap. Ideally you have previous exposure to credit and lending, or a strong desire to develop deep expertise in these areas.
How You'll Make an Impact
Identify opportunities, develop and review proposals for new products for Tilt's international markets
Lead workstreams required to build impactful products, i.e., managing cross-functional support, designing specs, overseeing development and measuring outcomes
Work with Tilt's leadership team to build out strategy and growth plans while managing financial outcomes
Partner with geography leaders in Credit and Data Science, Engineering, Marketing, and Finance to ensure that the team’s work fits within the larger picture
Why You're a Great Fit
Minimum of 5+ years work experience in credit or product management, with a strong preference for experience in consumer technology start ups and/or fintech & financial services companies
Bachelor’s degree (or greater), ideally in an analytical or technical discipline (e.g., Engineering, Computer Science, Economics)
Strong analytical abilities and are comfortable running independent analyses and defining and measuring goals consistently
Deep experience with SQL, Python, and/or analytical tools such as Amplitude and Tableau
Strong customer empathy and experience shaping product direction and execution based on customer needs, innovative trends, and new products in the industry
A get-it-done mindset; you’re resourceful and happy to be hands on and in the weeds writing product specs, leading problem solving sessions, and driving outcomes
An interest in addressing complicated and impactful product & business problems
Experience leading complex, cross-functional product initiatives
Strong strategic thinking, problem solving, and logical structuring abilities
Comfort with ambiguity; the ability to independently lay out and test clear hypotheses, and solve problems without well-defined direction
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, ability to communicate to an executive audience
