ABOUT THE ROLE 🤹‍♀️
The Core Team supports the backbone of our ecosystem, powering premium strategy, billing, authentication, and other critical functions that enable seamless user experiences. As a Senior Product Manager, you will drive key initiatives that enhance monetization, optimize infrastructure, and ensure our foundational systems scale effectively. You’ll collaborate cross-functionally to deliver reliable, user-friendly solutions that support both internal teams and end users.
- Help define the product strategy and roadmap for the set of core capabilities that power Rocket Money
- Understand customer needs and identify market opportunities and help define our platform’s vision and strategy
- Engage closely with the Engineering team to help determine the best technical implementation methods to achieve our customer and business objectives
- Drive and motivate a team of engineers to ship minimum-loveable-products that deliver a quality customer experience
- Rapidly iterate using multiple channels of customer feedback
- Determine KPIs and deliver measurable impact every month
- Perform quantitative and qualitative research to identify product opportunities and prioritize your roadmap
- Partner with Engineering, Design, Data, Lifecycle, and Member Support teams to build software collaboratively and inclusively

- 4-7 years of experience as a product manager or similar role
- You possess a unique combination of technical prowess, empathy, and strategy, and are energized by the opportunities that come with operating at the center of multiple products
- You’re a master cross functional collaborator comfortable working with other product managers, engineers, external partners, and operational teams to get things done
- You can use data and customer feedback to generate insights, identify opportunities, and tell a story that motivates those around you
- You have an owner’s mindset - you don’t shy away from the hard stuff
- You have a passion for our mission: helping to improve the financial lives of millions of people
- Experience at a fast-growing startup in a cross-functional environment is a plus
- Strong analytical skills and experience with tools for data analysis (i.e. Looker and Amplitude)
- Prior fintech experience a plus

Additional information: Salary range of $140,000 - $180,000/year + bonus + benefits
Base pay offered will vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
