What’s the opportunity?
We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager to build and lead our Crypto Treasury Solutions business line. Your mission: create world-class solutions for companies needing to move funds internationally. This scope includes FX/OTC services, off-ramp and on-ramp stablecoin flows, and B2B cross-border transfers.
- Define and drive the product vision and strategy for Treasury Solutions and B2B transfers.
- Build and lead a team of product managers focused on treasury and cross-border transfer needs.
- Develop solutions for:
- Expatriating funds collected outside Dlocal.
- FX/OTC solutions for funding and payouts in multiple currencies.
- Crypto/stablecoin-based rails (USDC, USDT, etc.) for on/off-ramp flows.
- Treasury workflows for merchants, fintechs, and PSPs.
- Deeply understand customer treasury needs and regulatory environments across emerging markets.
- Own the end-to-end product lifecycle: research, design, roadmap, delivery, and ongoing optimization.
- Partner with Engineering, Compliance, Sales, and external providers.
- Act as a subject-matter expert on stablecoins and digital assets, representing Dlocal with customers and partners.
- 8+ years in product management, with 3+ leading teams.
- Experience in payments, cross-border money movement, or B2B fintech.
- Deep expertise in crypto, stablecoins, and digital asset use cases for businesses.
- Strong understanding of FX, treasury, or OTC products.
- Experience working with enterprise customers or PSPs.
- Proven ability to build, motivate, and develop high-performing product teams.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Data-driven, outcome-focused mindset.
