Apollo is seeking a highly competent Senior Product Manager, with a focus on growth. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our enterprise retention strategy, ensuring alignment with our overall growth and company-level strategies. Our vision is to make Apollo the most valuable and usable multiplayer experience in their sales tech stack.

Own the vision, strategy and roadmap to build a sticky and loved extension of Apollo makes sales teams 10x productive and is best in class when measured by ease of use, user retention, adoption & success.
Responsibilities:
1. Own the Dialer Roadmap
• Lead prioritization, sequencing, and execution of the dialer roadmap as a core lever for pipeline generation and meeting booking.
• Align cross-functional teams to ship high-impact features with urgency and quality, balancing foundational improvements with breakthrough enhancements.
2. Define and Drive Strategic Vision
• Develop a bold, clear vision for Apollo’s Dialer as the highest-efficiency calling platform in the GTM stack.
• Align key stakeholders across Product, GTM, and Engineering to drive adoption, monetization, and competitive differentiation.
3. Accelerate Adoption and Engagement
• Identify key friction points limiting usage and unlock growth through simplified workflows, improved UX, and in-product education.
• Own the strategy and execution to scale active usage 3X, focusing on usage depth (calls/user) and breadth (workflow integration).
4. Scale and Harden the Platform
• Expand dialer usage across user segments by delivering a seamless, performant experience across Tasks, People, and Sequences.
• Improve platform reliability, responsiveness, and usage consistency to support multichannel orchestration at scale. 5. Innovate for the Future of Multichannel
• Anticipate shifts in buyer behavior and outbound execution by introducing AI-powered dialing, prioritization, and connected insights.
• Champion features and workflows that make Apollo the fastest, most intelligent path from goal to booked meeting.

Qualifications
Experience:
◦ Minimum 3+ years of combined experience in SaaS and product management.
◦ Proven track record in both platform-level initiatives and growth-focused projects.
◦ Hands-on experience designing and building outreach and notification systems.

◦ Exceptional storytelling skills, prioritizing clarity over correctness to align and inspire stakeholders.
◦ Strong written communication abilities with evidence of thought leadership and cross-team influence.
