About the Role:

Are you passionate about defining and building products that can change how the physical economy operates? We are looking for an entrepreneurial Senior Product Manager to partner with our largest and most strategic customers.

This is an exciting opportunity to spearhead a strategic product area for the company that has direct executive visibility, and customer facing opportunities. You will talk to customers often and collaborate with a senior engineering team on execution. This product area has significant breadth where you will build features across web and mobile, using technologies from mapping to machine learning, for a wide variety of customers.

To succeed in this role, you should be comfortable owning a complex product area of high scope and impact, and be solid in execution. Have significant understanding of customer needs to simplify and build scalable solutions for them, and be able to inspire a cross functional team to deliver. Being entrepreneurial and having a growth mindset is key.

What You’ll Do:

  • Engage with our customers often, and become their champion
  • Work closely with Motive’s largest strategic customers to understand their business needs and become a true partner to them.
  • Leverage those insights to champion a product roadmap to support our largest customers at scale.
  • Explore the needs of new markets and build necessary features to expand our market footprint.
  • Work cross-functionally with engineering, design, operations to execute to transform user requirements into actionable product specifications
  • Actively contribute to an amazing work culture.

What We’re Looking For:

  • 5+ years experience in product management
  • Have high “EQ”; be even-keeled, flexible, and able to quickly adapt to unexpected changes
  • High customer empathy, with a desire to get in the shoes of our customers
  • Have previous product experience working on enterprise platforms with B2B products
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work well with different personality types and seniority levels
  • You need to be very comfortable interacting with Motive’s largest customers

Pay Transparency
Your compensation may be based on several factors, including education, work experience, and certifications. For certain roles, total compensation may include restricted stock units. The compensation range for this position will depend on where you reside. For this role, the compensation range is:

$134,000$180,000 USD
