We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to join our growing team. You will be primarily focused on Webflow’s web optimization solution, called Webflow Optimize. You should have a deep appreciation for user experience, a strong grasp of the web design and development process, deep familiarity with data products, and a passion for turning vast data sets into actionable insights.

About the role:

  • The cash compensation for this role is tailored to align with the cost of labor in different geographic markets. We've structured the base pay ranges for this role into zones for our geographic markets, and the specific base pay within the range will be determined by the candidate’s geographic location, job-related experience, knowledge, qualifications, and skills.
    • United States (all figures cited below are in USD and pertain to workers in the United States)
      • Zone A: [$150,100 - $207,100]
      • Zone B: [$141,550 - $194,750]
      • Zone C: [$132,050 - $182,400]
    • Canada (figures cited below are in CAD and pertain to workers in ON & BC, Canada)
      • Zone A: [$171,000 - $235,600]
      • Zone B: [$153,900 - $212,325]

This role is also eligible to participate in Webflow's company-wide bonus program. Target amounts are a percentage of base salary and vary by career level. Payouts are based on company performance against established financial and operational goals.

  • Reporting to the Director of Product for Webflow Optimize

As a Senior Product Manager, you’ll:

  • Advance the vision, strategy, and execution of Webflow Optimize.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners, including design, engineering, user research, data science, sales, education, and community teams to identify and define features that improve the product experience.
  • Conduct research and data analysis to understand user needs, pain points, and behaviors.
  • Prioritize product backlog and manage roadmap based on strategic priorities, user needs, and market trends.
  • Develop and articulate compelling value propositions to stakeholders.
  • Define, track, and analyze key product metrics to inform decision-making and measure success.
  • Advocate for our users and drive product improvements based on user feedback and data.
  • Collaborate on go-to-market strategies for product features and updates, working in close collaboration with our product marketing team.

  • Excel at translating complex technical concepts into easy-to-understand, intuitive, and user-friendly interfaces.
  • Have experience with Webflow and other web design and development tools.
  • Have a passion for empowering creators and democratizing the web design and development process.
