Required Skills

Must Have

15+ years of overall experience and primarily into program management leading complex, large-scale technology initiatives from inception through delivery.
Entrepreneurial & founders mindset to own end-to-end deliveries and guide customers through various phases
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills to collaborate with senior leadership, external vendors, and customers.
Strategic Thinking & Problem-Solving : Sharp analytical mindset to identify opportunities for process improvements and cost optimization

Nice to have

Technical acumen in partnering with cross-functional teams (e.g., engineering, data science) and familiarity with cloud services like AWS, Azure, or GCP.
Proficiency in Agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban) and best practices for delivering high-impact AI solutions.
Familiarity with AI/GenAI knowledge

including knowledge of machine learning, large language models (LLMs), prompt engineering, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), and related techniques.
Ability to understand and translate technical concepts into business impacts and vice versa.

Roles & Responsibilities

Own end-to-end delivery of AI/GenAI programs, defining strategy, scope, and success metrics while ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

Own and drive the successful execution of the Agentic AI POCs / Pilots / Productizations, ensuring alignment with client expectations.
Define and manage project scope, timeline, deliverables, and quality standards.

Collaborate closely with technical teams (e.g., data scientists, software engineers) to translate business requirements into actionable technical roadmaps and ensure timely execution.
Manage program risks, budgets, and resources, proactively mitigating potential issues and optimizing for cost, quality, and timeline.
Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships, serving as the primary point of contact for executive sponsors, clients, and cross-functional partners.
Identify opportunities to extend the engagement beyond the POC and drive additional AI implementations.
Continuously explore emerging AI/GenAI trends to identify opportunities for innovation, drive proof-of-concept initiatives, and showcase technical capabilities to clients.
Establish governance frameworks (status reporting, steering committees, executive updates) and ensure clear communication across all levels of the organization.
