THE OPPORTUNITY

We are hiring a Senior Program Manager for our GPS (General Platform Services) team in Portugal!

We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Program Manager to lead and manage deliveries for our Payments teams. In this role. You will collaborate closely with Tech Leads to define clear requirements, establish robust processes, and ensure alignment on project objectives.

You will have ownership of the product roadmap for Payments, tracking results meticulously, and regularly reporting progress and key insights to stakeholders. Additionally, this role requires close collaboration with the Finance and Growth teams, reflecting the strategic importance of Payments within the company's current priorities. Your strategic vision and strong cross-functional relationships will drive successful outcomes and significantly contribute to the overall growth and operational excellence of the organization.

YOUR IMPACT
  • Design solid product features and experiences that positively impact millions of users, corporate clients, and partners globally, balancing security with seamless customer experiences;
  • Contribute to the growth objective by improving conversion and reducing churn due to payment failure;
  • Build, communicate, and review your product strategy with internal stakeholders to get the buy-in;
  • Drive product planning, build and manage a well-thought-out roadmap of your product;
  • Work closely with data and engineering teams to ensure that we extract actionable information and knowledge from raw data that supports good product decisions;
  • Help the discussion of OKRs, goals, metrics, KPIs, and track their progress;
  • Manage our backlog and lead meetings with engineers, data scientists, designers, and stakeholders;

WHO YOU ARE
  • Expertise in leading impactful product development with a proven track record of it.
  • Result-driven and data-oriented, with a proven ability to use metrics and insights to iterate and deliver outcomes;
  • Strong problem-solving skills and comfortable navigating ambiguity and making pragmatic decisions;
  • Collaborative and approachable, being an effective communicator who builds trust and works seamlessly with engineers and cross-functional teams.
  • Knowledge of Agile methodologies, with experience leading teams in fast-paced, iterative development environments;
  • Fluent in English, with excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
