Job Description

Join Our Journey at Engine

At Engine, we’re revolutionizing work travel. Our modern travel platform isn’t just about booking trips; it’s about transforming how businesses and their teams experience travel. From seamless booking options with top airlines, hotels, and car rental providers to single-invoice billing and flexible trip modifications, we make travel not only easier to manage but also enjoyable. Backed by powerhouse investors like Telescope Partners, Blackstone, Elefund, and Permira, we’re growing fast—and we want you to be part of it.

At Engine, we’re transforming business travel—and doing it with speed, heart, and hustle. To help us scale effectively, we’re hiring a Senior Program Manager, Product Delivery to bring structure, clarity, and momentum to how we build and ship products.

In this role, you’ll be a strategic partner to Product and Engineering, helping lead cross-functional programs, streamline operations, and ensure we’re delivering the right things in the right way. You’ll also play a critical role in product operations—connecting dots across teams, improving our systems and processes, and driving data-informed decision-making.

We’re looking for a seasoned program manager who’s energized by ambiguity, thrives in startup environments, and knows how to bring order to chaos—without adding bureaucracy.

What You’ll Do:

  • Drive coordination and execution for product launches—aligning stakeholders across Product, Marketing, Sales, Client Ops, and more.
  • Build and evolve lightweight product operations processes to improve visibility, consistency, and delivery across the org.
  • Partner with Product leadership to operationalize roadmaps, track delivery progress, and ensure alignment to business priorities.
  • Support analytics and reporting needs—helping surface insights, measure impact, and inform decision-making.
  • Manage cross-functional initiatives that improve how teams collaborate and execute—from tools to rituals to workflows.
  • Own and improve tooling for program tracking, reporting, and product delivery visibility (think: Asana, dashboards, internal documentation).
  • Act as a force multiplier for Product leadership—helping prioritize, sequence, and communicate critical initiatives.
  • Create clear documentation and communication plans that keep teams informed, aligned, and accountable.
  • Support planning cadences (e.g., quarterly planning, retros, all-hands updates) and bring consistency to execution rhythms.
  • Anticipate risks or misalignment before they escalate—and jump in to help course correct when needed.

What We’re Looking For:

  • 6-8 years of experience in program management, product operations, or a related field.
  • Experience working in high-growth startup or scale-up environments.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills—you’re a connector and a communicator.
  • Analytical mindset—you’re comfortable working with data and surfacing actionable insights.
  • Operational rigor—you bring structure without slowing teams down.
  • Experience coordinating product launches and leading org-wide initiatives.

Safe Remote Job Search Tips

Verify Employer Thoroughly

Research the company's identity thoroughly before applying. Check for a professional website with contacts, active social media, and LinkedIn profiles. Verify details across platforms and look for reviews on Glassdoor or Trustpilot to confirm legitimacy.

Never Pay to Get a Job

Legitimate employers never require payment for applications, training, background checks, or equipment. Always reject upfront payment requests or demands for bank details, even if they claim it's for purchasing necessary work gear on your behalf.

Safeguard Your Personal Information

Protect sensitive data like SSN, bank details, or ID copies. Share this only after accepting a formal, written job offer. Ensure it's submitted via a secure company system or portal, never through insecure channels like standard email attachments.

Scrutinize Communication & Interviews

Watch for communication red flags: poor grammar, generic emails (@gmail), vague details, or undue pressure. Be highly suspicious of interviews held only via text or chat apps; legitimate companies typically use video or phone calls.

Beware of Unrealistic Offers

If an offer's salary or benefits seem unrealistically high for the work involved, be cautious. Research standard pay for similar roles. Offers that appear 'too good to be true' are often scams designed to lure you into providing information or payment.

Insist on a Formal Contract

Always secure and review a formal, written job offer or employment contract before starting work or sharing final personal details. Ensure it clearly defines your role, compensation, key terms, and conditions to avoid misunderstandings or scams.
