About the role and why it’s unique:
- Drive the execution of creative projects from intake through to final delivery, managing timelines, workflows, and communication across a variety of formats – including digital, video, social, and more.
- Act as a central hub between creative and channel stakeholders to ensure alignment on timelines and expectations.
- Own the creative intake process- review briefs for completeness, assign work based on team capacity, and ensure every project is set up for success from day one.
- Maintain daily visibility into project health by tracking progress, identifying blockers, and proactively flagging resource gaps or shifting priorities.
- Keep teams informed and connected by providing consistent updates to the Director of Creative Operations and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Champion process excellence- help evolve workflows, streamline task handoffs, and ensure every project moves quickly without sacrificing quality or attention to detail.
- Support reporting and visibility by ensuring accurate data input in project systems so leadership can understand project volume, delivery timelines, asset types, and team workload.
Who you are:
- 4+ years of experience in creative project management or marketing production, ideally in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
- A master of managing creative timelines, balancing team bandwidth, and knowing when to flag risks or pivot priorities.

- Organized without being rigid, balancing structure with adaptability to support ever-changing needs.
- Communicate clearly, effectively, and proactively - keeping everyone informed, aligned, and moving forward.
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity and thrive when solving problems before they escalate.
- Experience with tools like Monday.com, Asana, or similar, and are fluent in building timelines, trackers, and resourcing plans.
- Energized by collaboration, but not afraid to take ownership and run with things independently.
Even better if you have:
- Experience managing creative production timelines across multiple channels including video, digital, and social.
- Hands-on ownership of creative intake processes, including brief validation, task assignment, and traffic coordination.
- Background in resourcing and effort tracking, with the ability to help prioritize workloads and surface capacity gaps in advance.
- Familiarity with asset QA/QC processes, ISCI code handling for video, and final file classification, naming, and delivery workflows.
- Experience working with and managing freelance or offshore creative resources, including onboarding, asset handoff, and delivery oversight.

Verify Employer Thoroughly
Research the company's identity thoroughly before applying. Check for a professional website with contacts, active social media, and LinkedIn profiles. Verify details across platforms and look for reviews on Glassdoor or Trustpilot to confirm legitimacy.
Never Pay to Get a Job
Legitimate employers never require payment for applications, training, background checks, or equipment. Always reject upfront payment requests or demands for bank details, even if they claim it's for purchasing necessary work gear on your behalf.
Safeguard Your Personal Information
Protect sensitive data like SSN, bank details, or ID copies. Share this only after accepting a formal, written job offer. Ensure it's submitted via a secure company system or portal, never through insecure channels like standard email attachments.
Scrutinize Communication & Interviews
Watch for communication red flags: poor grammar, generic emails (@gmail), vague details, or undue pressure. Be highly suspicious of interviews held only via text or chat apps; legitimate companies typically use video or phone calls.
Beware of Unrealistic Offers
If an offer's salary or benefits seem unrealistically high for the work involved, be cautious. Research standard pay for similar roles. Offers that appear 'too good to be true' are often scams designed to lure you into providing information or payment.
Insist on a Formal Contract
Always secure and review a formal, written job offer or employment contract before starting work or sharing final personal details. Ensure it clearly defines your role, compensation, key terms, and conditions to avoid misunderstandings or scams.
