Euclid: Where Projects Take Shape

Reporting to the Director of M&A/Technical Diligence, the Senior Project Manager will join our Services Team where you’ll lead high-impact technical diligence and M&A engagements across a diverse portfolio of renewable energy projects from early-stage development through construction. You’ll serve as the primary client interface, manage cross-functional diligence efforts, and contribute to the refinement of internal tools, processes, and service offerings. This is a high-ownership role for someone with strong technical expertise, leadership skills, and a passion for accelerating clean energy deployment through smarter, faster transactions.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead complex diligence engagements by serving as the primary point of contact for clients on M&A and technical diligence efforts, ensuring quality delivery and stakeholder alignment.
  • Manage and mentor a high-performing team, providing guidance, feedback, and support to junior team members while fostering a culture of excellence.
  • Drive project success through effective scoping, pricing, and scheduling of client engagements; manage external consultants and oversee risk assessment, permitting, contracting, and technical analysis
  • Shape the future of our tools and services by working closely with Euclid’s Product team to translate customer needs into software tools and process improvements.
  • Contribute to company-wide operations by partnering with leadership on P&L tracking, capacity planning, and continuous process innovation.

Who You Are

  • You have 8+ years of experience in renewable energy M&A, development, engineering, or finance including C&I and utility-scale PV, storage, or hybrid projects.
  • You bring a strong technical and commercial understanding of project diligence from engineering drawings to contracting, permitting, site feasibility, and QA/QC.
  • You’ve managed client-facing engagements and enjoy leading cross-functional teams, including external consultants and internal stakeholders.
  • You have excellent organizational and communication skills, with a proven ability to juggle multiple engagements, clients, and workstreams.
  • You’re energized by contributing to process development and scaling best practices across an organization.

Nice to Have

  • PMP or PE certifications (preferred, but not required)
  • Experience in both standalone storage and hybrid solar + storage projects
  • Exposure to software product development or working with cross-functional product teams

How You’ll Be Compensated

The starting base salary for this role is between $153,000 and $180,000 with an equity award as part of your all-in compensation. The actual base salary and equity is dependent upon many factors, such as location, experience and internal compensation equity. The base salary range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
