The Role:
Datacor is searching for a Senior Sales Operations Specialist to join our Revenue Operations team. In this role, you will interface with the Sales and Marketing teams to help optimize our usage of various Sales Tools and build up our reporting practice.
Responsibilities:
- Configure Go-to-market systems to maximize their efficiency and adoption throughout the organization
- Proactively design and implement technical solutions that align with a tool's best practices; optimize existing setup and processes to better support the business
- Assist and develop sales models, including forecasting, lead scoring, pipeline inspection, headcount planning, and compensation plans
- Create and maintain complex custom reporting and dashboards, including delivery of key performance metrics
- Architect seamless integrations between Salesforce and other tools utilized by teams, including Hubspot and Outreach
- Monitor system usage and triage technical errors as needed
- Evaluate new technologies and identify opportunities to improve existing systems and processes
- Improve data quality throughout systems and develop processes to drive improved data quality throughout the customer lifecycle
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree
- 3+ years of experience in an analytical role
- Proficiency in administering and implementing Sales Tools including:
- Salesforce
- Lead routing tools such as LeanData or RingLead
- Sales enablement platforms such as Salesloft or Outreach
- Marketing automation tools such as Marketo or Hubspot
- Compensation administration software like CaptivateIQ or Quota Path
- In-depth knowledge of Salesforce architecture, data model and platform capabilities and the ability to successfully perform advanced systems administrative functions, including automation, workflows, approvals, security, validation rules, and process development
- Ability to work with non-technical business leaders to translate their needs into a scalable solution
- Ability to influence, lead, and build strong stakeholder relationships with direct and cross functional business partners to successfully complete deliverables on time
- Self-driven with the ability to navigate and prioritize work through ambiguous situations, shifting demands, and change
- Intermediate to advanced Excel + Google Sheets skills with the ability to transform data into meaningful insights
- Experience with CPQ systems, such as SteelBrick or Salesforce CPQ
