We are looking for an engaged and passionateSenior Software Engineerto join our growing engineering department and be part of ourCore Platform team.


You will be responsible for thedesign, development, deployment, andoperationof business-critical features that add customer value.Operationalexcellence,metrics,observabilityandbest practices,evangelization, andmentoring in your team and across the whole of Engineering will be part of your day to day job.


UsingRuby andTypescripts back-end stacks, appropriate for each requirement, but always hosted onAWS, we build added value and resilient services on top of voice and fully integrate with our customers’ business critical tools (CRM, Helpdesk, E-Commerce, …).



As a Senior Software Engineer you will:
  • Build and operate distributed,real-time services powering core of our product
  • UsingRubyandTypescript / Node.js, build, test and deploy applications and systems
  • Own meaningful parts of our service, have an impact, grow with the company
  • Leadarchitectural decisions for new and existing services
  • Drive projects that increaseplatform’s resilience andscalability
  • Participate in an on-call rotation to respond to critical system issues and ensure continuous system reliability


A little about you:
  • You have at least 5+ years of experience in back-end development with some of those languages Ruby / Ruby On Rails / Typescript / NodeJS, with a focus on delivering for security, scalability, reliability and performance.
  • You have worked extensively with AWS in a production environment, preferably for high volume / high availability services and understand how to design for, deploy on and get the best out of, the environment and services provided by Amazon).
  • Autonomous with a proven track record in delivering complex projects in time and scope
  • Desire to work in a fast paced, high-growth tech first environment
