Your Mission:
At Engine, you’ll be at the heart of innovation, pushing the boundaries of what’s possible in the business travel space. We’re looking for a passionate product manager to drive transformation and deliver seamless shopping and booking experiences that make a measurable impact on our customers and business.
What You'll Do
Define and Drive Product Strategy
- Shape a compelling product vision for the search and shop booking journey with flights, hotels, or rental cars.
- Balance user-centric design with business impact, applying modern product techniques and leveraging emerging technologies like AI for personalized recommendations.
Collaborate Across Functions
- Work closely with engineers, designers, data teams, and business stakeholders to define and deliver features that improve discovery, selection, and booking.
- Foster inclusive team discussions and champion shared goals across multiple workstreams.
Deliver Impactful Solutions
- Lead the design and rollout of scalable search and shop features that drive conversion, build user confidence, and improve the overall shopping journey.
Use Data to Inform Decisions
- Combine customer research, behavioral insights, and experimentation to guide decision-making and optimize outcomes.
- Run experiments and continuously test and iterate to ensure our solutions are delivering maximum value.
Communicate with Clarity
- Translate complex ideas into clear, actionable plans.
- Keep teams and stakeholders aligned by telling compelling stories around the “why” behind product priorities and trade-offs.
What You’ll Bring to Engine:
- Experience: 5+ years in product management, ideally with experience in travel tech, marketplaces, or booking platforms. Bonus points for experience within the travel space, but not required.
- Collaboration: Strong track record of cross-functional collaboration and ability to influence across teams and functions.
- User-Centered Thinking: Deep empathy for users, with a solid understanding of UX principles and the ability to translate customer needs into intuitive solutions.
- Analytical Approach: Experience using data, experimentation, and A/B testing to validate hypotheses and inform roadmap decisions.
