Your Mission:
We’re looking for a dynamic Senior Technical Recruiter with experience in Product hiring to join our team and help us scale by building exceptional talent. In this role, you'll make a significant impact and grow alongside Engine. Here’s what you’ll take charge of:
- Full Recruitment Lifecycle: Manage the entire recruitment process for our Product team, collaborating with hiring managers to define roles and create data-driven strategies that prioritize quality, efficiency, and results.
- Proactive Talent Sourcing: Identify and engage passive top talent, building a diverse and high-quality pipeline of candidates for Product roles. Use creative sourcing methods to attract top-tier professionals.
- Culture Fit Assessment: Ensure candidates align with Engine's collaborative and innovative culture, helping them understand how they can succeed in our fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Relationship Building: Foster strong, respectful relationships with candidates and stakeholders by providing timely communication and an exceptional experience that represents Engine’s culture.
- Data-Driven Decisions: Leverage key recruitment metrics and best practices to advise hiring managers and influence recruitment strategies, ensuring alignment with hiring objectives.
- Continuous Improvement: Refine recruitment processes and stay ahead by analyzing competitor practices, implementing best practices, and nurturing networks within the space.
What You’ll Bring to Engine:
We’re looking for someone who’s ready to make an impact and grow alongside us:
- Proven Experience in Product and Engineering Hiring: 7+ years of experience, with 4+ years in-house, recruiting for Product Managers, Engineers, and related roles. You consistently build diverse, high-quality candidate pipelines using innovative sourcing methods.
- Sourcing Expertise: A proven ability to source and engage passive talent in a fast-paced SaaS environment, specifically in Product and Engineering.
- Candidate and Hiring Manager Focus: A strong commitment to delivering an exceptional experience for both candidates and hiring managers, with a sense of urgency and attention to detail.
- Adaptability and Growth Mindset: You embrace new tools, technologies, and methodologies, and thrive in a constantly evolving environment.
- Collaborative Team Player: You actively contribute to a high-performing team and align with Engine’s values of collaboration, transparency, and inclusivity.
- Strong Communication Skills: You communicate effectively and professionally, both in writing and verbally, engaging with candidates and stakeholders clearly and concisely.

Compensation
Our compensation packages are based on several factors, including your experience and expertise. In addition to a competitive base salary, total compensation may include equity and/or variable pay (OTE). Your recruiter will share your complete compensation package as you move through the process.
