THE OPPORTUNITY

We are hiring a Senior Technical Program Manager for our Salesforce Experience - Resellers team in Brazil!

This role is to join the Salesforce Experience team, responsible for developing products and sales flows for the Revenue team. As a Salesforce Technical Program Manager, you will be expected to lead the Channel Partners Squad, working closely with the Tech Lead, Product Designer, Engineering team and stakeholders. You will be responsible for planning, monitoring, testing, delivering, and monitoring significant products and features related to the Channel Partners sales flow, refining complex product requirements with stakeholders, and supporting the engineering team in development.

YOUR IMPACT
  • Drive end-to-end project execution by leading cross-functional initiatives from discovery through delivery, ensuring alignment across stakeholders, designers, and engineering teams;
  • Collaborate closely with the Tech Lead and engineers to define technical scopes, identify dependencies, not only breaking down work into actionable user stories that are clearly prioritized and ready for development, but also testing the developments as well;
  • Act as the voice of the customer and business by translating complex requirements into clear, value-driven documentation and maintaining a strong connection with internal stakeholders;
  • Own the product backlog and roadmap, balancing short-term priorities with long-term strategic goals, ensuring the Salesforce platform evolves to meet organizational needs effectively;
  • Champion continuous improvement by facilitating retrospectives, identifying process bottlenecks, and driving enhancements to team workflows and delivery practices;
  • Maintain high-quality documentation and communication, ensuring transparency, consistency, and knowledge sharing across the team and organization;
  • Live the mission: inspire and empower others by genuinely caring for your own wellbeing and your colleagues. Bring wellbeing to the forefront of work, and create a supportive environment where everyone feels comfortable taking care of themselves, taking time off, and finding work-life balance.
WHO YOU ARE
  • You have previous work experience as a Technical Program Manager, Product Manager, or similar role, preferably working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced tech environment;
  • You have prior experience working with Salesforce or leading projects that involve it, with a good understanding of its role in supporting business processes and customer operations;
  • You have a strong ability to translate business needs into clear, actionable requirements and user stories, working closely with designers, engineers, and stakeholders;
  • You are skilled at prioritizing work effectively, making thoughtful trade-offs to keep the team focused on what drives the most value and impact;
  • You are fluent in English, both written and spoken, and confident working in an international environment where you'll be responsible for writing clear, structured product documentation and project communications in English.

We recognize that individuals approach job applications differently. We strongly encourage all aspiring applicants to go for it, even if they don't match the job description 100%. We welcome your application and will be delighted to explore if you could be a great fit for our team. For this specific role, please note that prior work experience with cross-functional teams, an advanced/fluent level of English, and experience with Salesforce are mandatory requirements.

Safe Remote Job Search Tips

Verify Employer Thoroughly

Research the company's identity thoroughly before applying. Check for a professional website with contacts, active social media, and LinkedIn profiles. Verify details across platforms and look for reviews on Glassdoor or Trustpilot to confirm legitimacy.

Never Pay to Get a Job

Legitimate employers never require payment for applications, training, background checks, or equipment. Always reject upfront payment requests or demands for bank details, even if they claim it's for purchasing necessary work gear on your behalf.

Safeguard Your Personal Information

Protect sensitive data like SSN, bank details, or ID copies. Share this only after accepting a formal, written job offer. Ensure it's submitted via a secure company system or portal, never through insecure channels like standard email attachments.

Scrutinize Communication & Interviews

Watch for communication red flags: poor grammar, generic emails (@gmail), vague details, or undue pressure. Be highly suspicious of interviews held only via text or chat apps; legitimate companies typically use video or phone calls.

Beware of Unrealistic Offers

If an offer's salary or benefits seem unrealistically high for the work involved, be cautious. Research standard pay for similar roles. Offers that appear 'too good to be true' are often scams designed to lure you into providing information or payment.

Insist on a Formal Contract

Always secure and review a formal, written job offer or employment contract before starting work or sharing final personal details. Ensure it clearly defines your role, compensation, key terms, and conditions to avoid misunderstandings or scams.
