About the job
We are seeking a strategic, technically skilled Senior Technology Partner - HR Technology Security, Risk & Compliance to lead security and compliance efforts across our global HR technology stack. While specializing in Workday, this role also governs the extended ecosystem including solutions like Cornerstone, Greenhouse, Eightfold, Workboard, Snowflake, Beeline, Viser, Qualtrics, and ServiceNow. The ideal candidate combines deep security expertise with a practical understanding of Agile delivery, risk and compliance frameworks, and the realities of managing complex, interconnected SaaS platforms.
Responsibilities
In this role, you’ll:
- Design and govern security across Workday and integrated HR platforms
- Perform threat modeling, secure integration reviews, and security assessments
- Lead cross-functional compliance activities for SOX, SOC2, GDPR
- Guide platform teams in agile, secure delivery and governance
- Partner with HR, Legal, Audit, and IT to ensure policy alignment
- Respond to and manage incidents, support audits, and ensure business continuity

Required:
- 7+ years in HR Tech or IT with deep Workday experience
- Cross platform experience w/Integration and Data Governance Expertise: Cornerstone, Greenhouse, Eightfold, etc.
- Strong understanding of compliance frameworks (SOX, SOC 2, GDPR)
- Agile delivery alignment experience
Desired:
- Workday Pro, Agile certification, experience with Kainos and ServiceNow

Location
This role will be remote and based in Ontario.
Travel
