About the role:
We’re looking for a full-time Senior UX/UI Designer to join our team and shape seamless, engaging user experiences across a range of digital products.In this role, you’ll take the lead in conceptualizing and designing intuitive, visually compelling interfaces for web, mobile, and other digital platforms. From wireframes to high-fidelity prototypes, you'll bring ideas to life and clearly communicate design solutions.
We’re seeking a creative thinker and problem-solver who thrives in collaborative environments. You’ll work closely with product managers, developers, and fellow designers to ensure alignment on goals, timelines, and deliverables, from ideation to execution.
Responsibilities:
Visual Design:
Designing visual content such as landing pages and dashboards.
Brand Consistency: Ensuring all designs maintain consistency with the brand’s guidelines and messaging across different platforms and channels.
Market Research and Analysis:
Conduct thorough user research to understand user needs, behaviors, and preferences.
Analyze industry trends and competitor designs to create innovative and effective marketing materials.
Information Architecture:
Develop information architecture and user flows to create intuitive and effective user experiences.
Organize and structure content for optimal user engagement and navigation.
Usability Testing:
Plan and conduct usability testing sessions to gather feedback on designs and identify areas for improvement.
Iterate designs based on user testing results and feedback.
Accessibility and Inclusivity:
Ensure designs are accessible to users with diverse abilities and needs.
Stay updated on accessibility standards and integrate them into the design process.
User Interface Design:
Design visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces that align with brand guidelines.
Create low-fidelity and high-fidelity wireframes to visualize and communicate design concepts.
Develop interactive prototypes to test and iterate on design solutions.
Organization & Documentation:
Produce detailed visual and interaction assets to streamline the development team's implementation of designs. This includes creating comprehensive style guides, defining precise variables, and providing other essential documentation for seamless implementation. Create design systems to ensure design consistency across all platforms, devices, and user touchpoints.
Handoff Delivery: Prepare and deliver comprehensive design handoffs to engineering teams, including detailed specifications and design systems.
Industry Awareness: Stay up-to-date with industry design trends and technologies to create innovative and effective products.
Collaboration:
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and other stakeholders.
Drive collaborative client interactions to elevate designs beyond expectations.
Receiving and incorporating feedback from stakeholders to refine and improve designs.
Ownership:
Managing multiple design projects simultaneously, adhering to deadlines, and ensuring high-quality deliverables.
Strategic thinking to align design efforts with overall business goals.
Decision-making skills to resolve design conflicts and make informed choices.
Requirements:
Minimum of 5 years of professional design experience, preferably in a B2B environment, including agency, tech, or freelance work. Startup agency experience is a big plus.
Graphic Design Skills: Expertise in creating compelling visual content with strong understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory. Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and other design tools for producing high-quality graphics.
UI Skills: Expert in crafting flexible, high-quality UI designs for both desktop and mobile platforms with Figma.
Web Mastery: Showcase advanced proficiency in web design, with a deep understanding of user interfaces, user experience principles, and the ability to create visually compelling and user-friendly websites.
Organization: Skilled in systemic design for team-wide use, covering components, typography, colors, grids, and margins.
Accountable: Take ownership, solve problems independently, and commit to project success.
Communication: Effective in team and client communication, presenting research and design concepts.
A strong UX/UI portfolio with well-crafted case studies
Excellent communication skills.
Self-starter with a strong sense of ownership and ability to work autonomously.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
