The responsibilities of the team encompass the entire customer journey, from initial engagement to long-term customer relationships. We prioritize the user, ensuring our core value proposition is effectively communicated at every touchpoint.
We are seeking a strategic, collaborative, and highly organized Web Producer who excels in managing complex web projects and optimizing operational workflows within content management systems (CMS). This role is central to the successful planning, execution, and delivery of website updates that meet performance and ADA compliance standards. The ideal candidate possesses strong project management acumen, understands website best practices, and can optimize production and operations cycles while effectively balancing multiple priorities and leading cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.
This is a highly collaborative role that requires strong project leadership and the ability to facilitate communication between program managers, product managers, content writers, designers, and developers. You should be comfortable driving project timelines, including coordinating the receipt of assets, managing comprehensive quality assurance processes, conducting client reviews, overseeing deliverable completion, and ensuring the flawless deployment of web experiences.
This role will be a good fit if you have a growth mindset and demonstrate a strong ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven, detail-oriented, and project-focused cross-functional environment. A strong sense of ownership, where you take pride in your project performance and its impact on the company's success, is crucial.
What You'll Do:
- Lead and coordinate all aspects of web projects, serving as the primary point of contact between the web team, project stakeholders, and other departments to ensure timely and successful delivery.
- Oversee the content management lifecycle as a managed process, ensuring the efficient authoring, updating, and publishing of website content through Motive’s content management system in alignment with project timelines.
- Establish, document, and optimize project workflows and processes to improve efficiency, mitigate risks, and ensure alignment with business objectives and project goals.
- Provide clear documentation and training to stakeholders, enabling them to contribute effectively to web projects and potentially self-serve publishing capabilities under your guidance.
- Lead and manage QA/UAT processes for all site updates, ensuring adherence to quality standards and thorough testing prior to deployment, contributing to successful project outcomes.
- Collaborate closely with the web engineering team to report and track bugs, request new features necessary for project completion, and ensure seamless implementation of updates within project timelines.
- Conduct research on digital best practices and translate these insights into actionable recommendations to optimize user experience and site performance, contributing to the success of web projects.
- Organize, execute, and drive complex web projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery, adherence to scope, and high stakeholder satisfaction.
What We're Looking For:
- A minimum of 3 years of proven experience in web project management, web production, or content publishing within a professional environment.
- Strong project management skills, including demonstrable experience using tools like Jira and Asana to effectively manage workflows, timelines, and dependencies.
- Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously, maintaining meticulous attention to detail and ensuring on-time delivery.
- Hands-on experience managing and publishing content through WordPress or similar CMS platforms within the context of web project execution.
- Solid understanding of website best practices, including UX/UI, accessibility (ADA compliance), web analytics, and technical SEO, and how these contribute to successful project outcomes.
- Familiarity with QA and web tools such as Chrome Inspector, Lighthouse, or comparable alternatives, utilized for ensuring project quality.
- Basic knowledge of front-end technologies like HTML and CSS is a plus but not required, as the focus is on project management and coordination.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a proven ability to collaborate effectively across engineering, design, strategy, and product teams to drive project success.
- A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with a strong sense of ownership and accountability for project delivery and outcomes.

Verify Employer Thoroughly
Research the company's identity thoroughly before applying. Check for a professional website with contacts, active social media, and LinkedIn profiles. Verify details across platforms and look for reviews on Glassdoor or Trustpilot to confirm legitimacy.
Never Pay to Get a Job
Legitimate employers never require payment for applications, training, background checks, or equipment. Always reject upfront payment requests or demands for bank details, even if they claim it's for purchasing necessary work gear on your behalf.
Safeguard Your Personal Information
Protect sensitive data like SSN, bank details, or ID copies. Share this only after accepting a formal, written job offer. Ensure it's submitted via a secure company system or portal, never through insecure channels like standard email attachments.
Scrutinize Communication & Interviews
Watch for communication red flags: poor grammar, generic emails (@gmail), vague details, or undue pressure. Be highly suspicious of interviews held only via text or chat apps; legitimate companies typically use video or phone calls.
Beware of Unrealistic Offers
If an offer's salary or benefits seem unrealistically high for the work involved, be cautious. Research standard pay for similar roles. Offers that appear 'too good to be true' are often scams designed to lure you into providing information or payment.
Insist on a Formal Contract
Always secure and review a formal, written job offer or employment contract before starting work or sharing final personal details. Ensure it clearly defines your role, compensation, key terms, and conditions to avoid misunderstandings or scams.
