Job Description

Our client is seeking a data-driven, creative, and future-focusedSEO Specialist to drive campaign optimization, content performance, and ABM (Account-Based Marketing) execution. This role will be responsible for SEO strategy, content coordination, and ABM campaign marketing, contributing to the company's need to scale inbound lead generation as part of an omnichannel marketing strategy. The SEO Specialist will lead the strategic development and execution of organic marketing initiatives that support demand generation and nurture engagement throughout the entire funnel. This role will be responsible for building and optimizing SEO, managing HubSpot-based campaigns, repurposing multimedia content, and translating the executive vision into high-performing thought leadership.

Fully-Remote (Work from Home), 9 AM - 5 PM EST

Key Responsibilities

  • Keyword Strategy & Content Development: Develop and maintain a keyword strategy aligned with the blog and thought leadership content calendar.

  • Technical SEO & On-Site Optimization: Own technical SEO efforts including metadata, site structure, page speed, internal linking, and schema markup.

  • YouTube Optimization: Optimize and manage YouTube metadata for discoverability and engagement.

  • Content Repurposing: Repurpose webinars, video recordings, and executive talks into high-value SEO content (blogs, white papers, etc.).

  • Collaboration with Creative Team: Work with the creative team to ensure content is SEO-friendly without sacrificing brand voice or readability.

  • HubSpot Campaign Management: Use HubSpot to build, automate, and track campaign workflows, lead scoring, and engagement stages, including incorporating the latest AI features in the platform.

  • ABM Campaign Execution: Execute and refine Account-Based Marketing (ABM) campaigns, including segmentation, personalization, and retargeting.

  • A/B Testing: Conduct A/B tests on messaging and creative assets to improve CTR and conversion based on account engagement data.

  • Organic Social Media Program: Build and manage an organic social media program to extend content reach and support campaign goals.

  • Executive Thought Leadership Content: Write and ghost-publish executive thought leadership content aligned with current industry trends and the organization's point of view (POV).

  • Collaboration with Marketing Coordinator: Partner with the Marketing Coordinator to align content calendars, campaign assets, and reporting needs.

  • Monthly Performance Reporting: Deliver clear, actionable monthly performance reports on SEO metrics, ABM success, and campaign ROI.

  • AI Utilization: Use AI to augment speed to market, personalization, predicting search trends, aligning keywords with search intent, and optimizing content.

Required Education, Experience, and Certification:

  • Bachelor’s or Associate’s Degree in a relevant field is strongly preferred.

  • 3+ years of experience in SEO, campaign strategy, or digital marketing (B2B or agency experience preferred).

  • Proven ability to manage SEO programs, including keyword research, metadata optimization, and technical audits.

Required Skills/Abilities:

  • Proficiency with tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush/Ahrefs, Google Search Console, and social scheduling platforms.

  • High proficiency in HubSpot, including but not limited to:

    • Building and monitoring email campaigns

    • Building workflows

    • Building reports and dashboards

    • Analytics

  • Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.

  • Ability to quickly learn the organization’s software systems.

  • Strong project management, time management, analytical, interpersonal, attention to detail, and organizational skills.
