Job Description

Our client is a trailblazing haircare brand committed to clean beauty and salon performance. Their product line is loved by stylists, influencers, and customers who value both style and substance. As they expand their global footprint, they are looking for a creative and organized Social Media & Influencer Specialist to drive digital engagement and brand awareness.

Location and Time:
Fully Remote (Work from Home), 9 AM - 5 PM EST

Role Overview:
As the Social Media & Influencer Specialist, you will be responsible for planning and scheduling content across platforms, writing engaging copy, supporting visual content creation, and managing influencer outreach. You’ll help grow the brand’s presence and loyalty across Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, write, and schedule social media posts across different platforms (Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.)

  • Design graphics and static posts using Canva or similar tools

  • Respond to comments, DMs, and engage with followers

  • Identify and reach out to relevant beauty and lifestyle influencers

  • Track performance metrics and campaign results

Qualifications:

  • 1+ years managing social media and influencer marketing campaigns

  • Fluent written English with a knack for creative, brand-aligned copywriting

  • Experience using Canva and scheduling tools

  • Bonus: Photoshop, Reels editing, or influencer contract negotiation

What Success Looks Like:

  • Consistent, on-brand posting and engagement growth across platforms

  • Increased traffic and influencer collaborations

  • Strong audience sentiment and social-driven sales leads
