Job Description: As a Solutions Engineer at Eye Security, you will be the technical bridge between our potential customers and our robust security solutions. Your role will involve collaborating closely with our sales teams to ensure technical requirements are clearly understood and met, presenting technical demonstrations, and providing expert advice and support during the sales process.
What you will do:
Partner with sales teams to understand customer requirements and craft tailored solutions.
Conduct technical presentations and demonstrations for clients and at industry events.
Provide technical leadership in discussions and guide customers through solutions and security best practices.
Engage with customers to understand their security landscapes and recommend enhancements.
Coordinate with product management and engineering teams to relay customer needs and feedback.
Manage technical responses to RFPs and RFIs.
Stay updated with the latest in cybersecurity technologies and threats.
Job requirements
What you will need:
Proven experience in cybersecurity pre-sales, consulting, or similar roles.
Strong understanding of security products and the cybersecurity landscape.
Excellent communication skills with fluency inEnglish and German is a must.
Ability to simplify complex technical subjects to non-technical audiences.
Relevant technical certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM) are preferred.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically and on the fly.
