About the Role:
As a Sales Recruiting Sourcer you will help attract our most valuable asset: our high caliber people. At Motive you're expected, empowered, and supported to be your best and to grow professionally. Be prepared to move quickly, to engage proactively, and to think strategically. To be successful in this role, you should combine knowledge of sourcing techniques with excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ultimately, you will be responsible for building a strong technical talent pipeline for our company’s current and future staffing needs. This person will partner with our US-based Sales Recruiters and will be responsible for pipeline generation to support US Sales hiring.
What You'll Do:
- Build and maintain a pipeline of high caliber sales candidates for multiple roles across a few different departments
- Use social media networks to seek and connect with potential candidates
- Review online portfolios and resumes to pre-screen candidates
- Collaborate with hiring managers and recruiting team to identify each position’s requirements and source candidates to match those requirements
- Create recruiting messaging and follow up with candidates
- Log candidate information in our Applicant Tracking System
- Measure and report on recruiting metrics
What We're Looking For:
- 2+ years of experience as a Sourcer
- Experience using Greenhouse
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (particularly business email writing knowledge)
- Good time-management skills with the ability to handle various open positions simultaneously
- Advanced sourcing training is a plus i.e.: Boolean Search, LinkedIn, AIRS certification, etc.
- College degree preferred
