π― Key Responsibilities
π‘Talent Sourcing & Screening
Identify and engage high-quality candidates throughjob boards, LinkedIn, and other sourcing platforms.
Organize and maintain candidate pipelines inAshby ATS (prior experience is a huge plus!).
Conduct initial outreach and collect missing candidate information.
π’Job Posting & Pipeline Management
Write and optimize job descriptions to attract top talent.
Post jobs across multiple platforms (Ashby,LinkedIn, Facebook, WhatsApp, job boards) and track performance.
Monitor pipeline health and collaborate with recruiters to ensure a steady flow of qualified candidates.
πBoosting Candidate Attraction Through Marketing & Ads
Assist in launching and managingLinkedIn & Meta ads to increase job visibility (prior experience is a major advantage!).
Supportorganic job promotion through social media and job board engagement.
LeverageSendGrid for targeted email outreach and candidate engagement.
Track campaign effectiveness and optimize sourcing strategies based on data insights.
π€Collaboration & Continuous Improvement
Work closely withrecruiters, marketing, and sourcing teams to enhance sourcing efforts.
Utilize tools likeAshby, LinkedIn Recruiter, Meta, SendGrid, ClickUp, Slack, and Google Workspace to streamline processes.
Contribute new ideas and innovative approaches to improve talent sourcing strategies.

β Qualifications & Skills
1-2 years of experience inrecruitment, talent sourcing, or marketing (experience in both is a strong advantage).
Proficiency in candidate sourcing throughLinkedIn, job boards, and Boolean search techniques.
Experience with recruitment marketing β paid ads (LinkedIn & Meta Ads experience is a huge plus!) and organic job promotion.
Familiarity with ATS systems, preferablyAshby (or a willingness to learn quickly).
Strongorganizational skills and ability tomanage multiple sourcing projects simultaneously.
Experience with email marketing tools, such asSendGrid, for outreach and candidate engagement.
Excellentwritten and verbal communication skills in English.
Tech-savvy β Comfortable usingGoogle Workspace, Slack, ClickUp, and other collaboration tools.
Aself-starter with a growth mindset, eager to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
