Launch Your School SLP Career! (Remote)
Licensed SLP with pediatric experience? Ready to transition from clinical to impactful school-based roles? Our Bridge to School Success (BTSS) Program is your personalized pathway!
This isn't just training; it's your dedicated springboard! Gain confidence with personalized mentorship from experienced school-based SLPs, learn comprehensive skills through self-paced online modules (covering IEPs, school service models, and more), benefit from practical shadowing opportunities, and join a supportive cohort with bi-weekly meetings. We equip you to shine and truly impact student lives – especially if you have minimal prior school experience!
What You Get & Commit To:
- A $600 stipend ($300 upon training completion, $300 at school placement).
- A live orientation to kickstart your journey.
- Flexible 2-4 weeks of online training & mentorship (approx. 5-10 hrs/wk commitment).
- A direct path to remote 1099 school placements (requiring 20+ hrs/wk availability during school hours) with Parallel upon successful program completion.
Who We're Looking For:
- ASHA Certified SLPs (CCC-SLP) with at least 1 year of post-fellowship pediatric experience.
- Strong communicators, comfortable with technology and virtual telehealth platforms.
- Individuals passionate about supporting student success and eager to learn and grow in a school setting.
