Objective:
As part of the Global technology team, this person should lead and deliver projects to the business mostly in the LATAM region, but with key participation in global projects. Should support the business growth been a partner in the new workflows design and new ways to manage the business requirements. Will lead these requirements and manage local and international teams to deliver and support local, regional, and global technology strategy initiatives. Should be and ORACLE BSA with experience in new workflows and markets implementation, ORACLE EBS sublayers support/configuration, Oracle Latin America localization and understand how development projects are managed in the ERP.
General Functions:
1. Lead the implementation and development of strategic projects in LATAM region, to ensure an optimal and automated operation supported by ORACLE EBS.
2. Negotiate as part of the LATAM Global Technology team, the regional implementation of global technology projects, seeking a globalized and automated operation.
3. Direct and implement the strategic projects that ensure the attention and resolution of the company's technological requirements and automations.
4. Support the global and regional team in the implementation of new projects based on improvements in the ERP and its connection with new technologies.
5. Management support for the operation in markets and support for other markets in Latin America, through consulting on process improvement and operation errors.
6. Level 2 expert support for ERP failure situations due to configuration changes or new operations to be implemented in the market and the region in any of the ORACLE EBS sublayers used in SBC.
Background:
- Professional degree in technology related careers, master’s degree in technology or project management.
- 3 years as oracle EBS consultant or expert, for projects implementations and setup of new workflows.
- Project Management knowledge leading contractors or development teams.
Knowledge:
ORACLE EBS ERP sub layers
APEX, PL/SQL, Java, and SOA Webservices is a plus.
