Role Description:

  • Lead technical pre-sales activities including discovery calls, proposals, presentations, RFP responses, and proof-of-concepts to acquire new software development clients
  • Conduct detailed technical evaluation and assessment of client requirements for project scoping and estimation
  • Develop relationships with prospective clients and identify new business opportunities
  • Guide account teams on technical sales strategy and provide pre-sales support
  • Build centers of excellence and reusable assets to accelerate pre-sales and delivery
  • Design technology solutions combining internal capabilities and third-party products/services
  • Work with delivery teams to develop solution accelerators, frameworks, and prototypes
  • Keep up-to-date with latest technologies and methodologies through self-learning, conferences etc.
  • Contribute thought leadership through public speaking, blogs, white papers etc

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in software development and solution architecture roles
  • 5+ years experience in pre-sales and solution architecture roles
  • Strong experience in software engineering and architecture patterns
  • Background in full-stack development using Java, Python, JavaScript etc.
  • Hands-on expertise on Cloud platforms like AWS, Azure or GCP
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings and events
