The Senior Enablement Specialist - Mexico concentrates on boosting the efficiency of our Mexico sales ecosystem. You will play a key part in the smooth introduction of new team members (Account Executives, Sales Engineers, Sales Development Reps, Customer Success, etc.) ensuring they swiftly understand our offerings, procedures, and sales approaches. A major part of your job will involve creating and maintaining a thorough ongoing training plan, but you will also support ongoing enablement initiatives and content development process for our Mexico business, and support broader global initiatives.
You will work closely with sales management and other enablement teams to spot performance areas for improvement, build focused training programs, and evaluate the effect of your efforts. Success criteria for this role includes but is not limited to rep performance improvement (based on before/after evaluations), ramp time evaluations (for onboarding), and stakeholder/trainee satisfaction surveys.
What You'll Do:
- Craft and execute onboarding programs for new team members, ensuring rapid proficiency in product knowledge, sales processes and internal systems and tools.
- Support continuous training roadmap to enhance sales performance (sales skills, product and industry knowledge, systems and tools, processes and partnerships)
- Support our Bridge Programs to transition team members to their next step in their career path with targeted training to develop the required knowledge and skills.
- Collaborate with sales and enablement leadership to identify performance gaps and create focused training solutions.
- Measure and report on the effectiveness of enablement programs through key performance indicators (KPIs) and ramp-up time evaluations.
- Build and nurture credibility and strong relationships with Mexico team members to ensure training content, methodologies and materials exceed their needs.
- Manage your training calendar and roadmap for all programs supported and tactfully manage competing priorities to ensure all stakeholder needs are met.
- Design optimal learning experiences, using sound adult learning theory and strong learning objectives while catering to various learning styles.
- Be a thought leader with stakeholders (all levels, reps through managers) on Sales best practices and with Enablement on L&D and/or Instructional Design
What We're Looking For:
- 5+ years of experience in Enablement, L&D or Training roles ideally in a high growth, B2B, SaaS organization
- Understanding of Account Executive, Sales Engineering and Business Development roles and required skills in SaaS sales
- Demonstrated experience developing and delivering enablement programs to a diverse sales audience
- Strong Project Management experience,excellence in planning, documentation, execution and measurement of enablement initiatives.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced global environment.
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills
- Expert ability to build relationships, influence, and promote a work environment focused on team development and constant coaching
- Understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
- Experience with sales methodologies such as Challenger Sale, Force Management, Solution Selling, or Value Selling in international contexts.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce) and sales engagement tools used by global teams.
- Fluency in English and Spanish
- Ability to work from Mexico City, flexibility to attend the office as needed.
