We’re backed by top-tier investors including Andreessen Horowitz, Sequoia Capital, and Altimeter. At our core, we believe in empowering data practitioners:
We're seeking a Senior Enterprise Business Systems Analyst (Finance) with a strong systems and process mindset to lead the evolution of our finance tech stack, including NetSuite, Zip, Ramp, Stripe, Numeric, Metronome, Navan, Carta, and Avalara. You'll partner with Finance, Accounting, Procurement, RevOps, and IT teams to streamline operations, enhance automation, and improve financial visibility.
This role will drive end-to-end process and system improvements in the Quote-to-Cash (Q2C) lifecycle, focusing on revenue recognition, billing optimization, and operational efficiency. You'll serve as a key thought partner to key stakeholders, providing strategic contribution for the future state while remaining hands-on with design, documentation, and delivery. You'll bring an AI-first mindset to modernize our approach to system design and decision-making.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary analyst for NetSuite and integrated finance tools supporting finance systems in the core Q2C process
- Partner with Finance, Accounting, FP&A, and RevOps stakeholders to gather requirements, map current/future states, and implement process and system improvements
- Apply an AI-first lens to business analysis — identifying opportunities for automation, leveraging AI within tools, anomaly detection, forecasting, and workflow optimization
- Collaborate on revenue recognition logic, billing system alignment, and policy-to-system translation
- Provide recommendations and execute on finance systems best practices and scalable design
- Own or contribute to platform enhancements across:
- Zip – procurement intake and approval workflows
- Ramp – corporate spend, reconciliation
- Stripe / Metronome – billing and recurring revenue
- Numeric – financial close
- Navan – travel and expense
- Carta – equity tracking
- Avalara – tax calculation and compliance
- Support integration mapping between platforms and NetSuite, working closely with integration partners
- Develop clear documentation including requirements, test plans, process maps, and user guides
- Implement SDLC best practices including lead UAT cycles, and manage vendor escalations
- Assist with month-end close, audit support, SOX controls and compliance documentation
- Help grow a high-performance finance systems team by supporting onboarding of future hires.
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience as a lead Business Analyst, Finance Systems Analyst, or similar role with SOX compliance experience
- Strong, hands-on experience with NetSuite and Stripe
- Demonstrated experience supporting Quote-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, or Record-to-Report processes
- Familiarity with Q2C processes, revenue recognition workflows and ASC 606 concepts
- Proven ability to provide strategic recommendations while executing hands-on deliverables
- Experience or curiosity about applying AI and automation in financial workflows
- Skilled in process documentation, user stories, and test case development
- Strong communication and collaboration skills across business and technical teams
- Experience with integration tools (e.g., Workato, Mulesoft) and consumption based billing enviroments is a plus
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment with a trust-building mindset

Verify Employer Thoroughly
Research the company's identity thoroughly before applying. Check for a professional website with contacts, active social media, and LinkedIn profiles. Verify details across platforms and look for reviews on Glassdoor or Trustpilot to confirm legitimacy.
Never Pay to Get a Job
Legitimate employers never require payment for applications, training, background checks, or equipment. Always reject upfront payment requests or demands for bank details, even if they claim it's for purchasing necessary work gear on your behalf.
Safeguard Your Personal Information
Protect sensitive data like SSN, bank details, or ID copies. Share this only after accepting a formal, written job offer. Ensure it's submitted via a secure company system or portal, never through insecure channels like standard email attachments.
Scrutinize Communication & Interviews
Watch for communication red flags: poor grammar, generic emails (@gmail), vague details, or undue pressure. Be highly suspicious of interviews held only via text or chat apps; legitimate companies typically use video or phone calls.
Beware of Unrealistic Offers
If an offer's salary or benefits seem unrealistically high for the work involved, be cautious. Research standard pay for similar roles. Offers that appear 'too good to be true' are often scams designed to lure you into providing information or payment.
Insist on a Formal Contract
Always secure and review a formal, written job offer or employment contract before starting work or sharing final personal details. Ensure it clearly defines your role, compensation, key terms, and conditions to avoid misunderstandings or scams.
