SUMMARY
We’re looking for a GTM Strategy and Planning Analyst to join our GTM Strategic Initiatives Team, contributing to the areas of Product, Integrations, and Alliances. In this position, you will report to the Senior Manager of GTM Strategy and Planning and work closely with a wide range of stakeholders crossing Revenue, Operations, Product, and Marketing. The ideal candidate will have both the ability to understand the strategic vision and goals of the company while translating that to day-to-day program execution. This role will help to execute a wide range of projects and interact with many different stakeholders within Wiz, so strong communication, organization, and quantitative reasoning skills are key requirements. This role offers an exciting opportunity to significantly impact Wiz's growth and innovation while learning more about driving strategic programs and execution within a fast-growing environment.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Product Launch Coordination: Work in coordination with the GTM Strategy Team to help develop comprehensive project plans to support the introduction of new products and pricing structures, ensuring seamless cross-functional collaboration. This includes aligning with company goals, coordinating timelines, and managing resources to achieve successful launches and maximize market impact.
- Partnership Operationalization: Collaborate on the creation of new end-to-end internal and external processes for various integrations and alliances projects to support strategic initiatives across all aspects of the business.
- Sales Enablement: Support the development and distribution of pricing guidelines, sales tools, and training materials to enable sales teams to effectively promote and sell products.
- Performance Monitoring and Reporting: Analyze product and program performance, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Collaboration and Stakeholder Management: Work closely with Sales, Revenue Operations, GTM Enablement, and Product Marketing teams to drive cohesive go-to-market strategies and support organizational success.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING
- 5+ years of relevant experience in consulting, operations, project management, or business analysis, with a proven track record of working cross-functionally and discovering business insights.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, operations, or a related field preferred.
- Prior work experience in SaaS companies and/or management consulting; familiarity with the cybersecurity industry is a bonus.
- Understanding of the product launch process and proven track record of collaborating with product and revenue stakeholders.
- Strong written and verbal communication, organizational, and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and persuasively to diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to adapt and maintain high-quality standards in a complex and evolving environment, demonstrating resilience and flexibility under pressure.
- Capable of thriving in a fast-paced setting, managing tight deadlines, and prioritizing multiple tasks efficiently.
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Salesforce required, proficiency in Tableau/SQL is a plus.
- Experience in Product Marketing, Product Management, or Product Analytics is a plus.

Compensation
Starting compensation will be determined based on various factors, including but not limited to, the candidate's job-related experience, skills and geographic location. Your Talent Partner can share more about the specific salary range during the hiring process.
This role is eligible to participate in Wiz’s equity plan and may also include incentive compensation.
The annual base salary range for this full-time position is listed below.
