Overview
We’re looking for a Sr. Manager, Brand Campaigns who will lead the strategy and end-to-end execution for our highest visibility consumer campaigns. This person will collaborate closely with the Brand, Product, Media, Creative, and Comms teams to develop breakthrough brand campaigns.
As a member of the Brand Strategy team, you’ll be responsible for developing campaign strategies that build brand love with consumers and reinforce our competitive positioning. This is a remote-based contractor role that will report to the Head of Brand Strategy.

This is an exciting opportunity to shape the future of the Instacart consumer brand and lead high-impact, high-visibility brand campaigns. This person will lead the end-to-end execution of Tier 1 brand campaigns, for both Seasonal and Evergreen initiatives.
About the Job
- Collaborate with the Integrated Media team to develop a media strategy that drives business results and builds brand equity
- Collaborate closely with Product Management to ensure campaign readiness across all relevant product touchpoints
- Partner with the Integrated Media & Marketing Analytics team to develop a measurement framework to assess the effectiveness of our campaign strategy
- Partner with Organic Social, Influencer & activations teams to extend campaigns into non-traditional territory spaces to enhance shareability and earned media potential
- Gather data, formulate insights, and articulate strategic opportunities that will impact the business and drive omnichannel growth
- Ideate and identify the unexpected applications of brand that touch consumers and culture – partnerships, collaborations, brand activations
- Champion and wield brand thinking across campaigns, concepts, and the organization; ensure everything we do is true to our brand and represents the best interests of the communities we serve
- Consistently assess competitive strategies and uncover white space opportunities
About You
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree required
- 7+ years of experience in brand management/strategy
- Must have a minimum of 2 years leading consumer campaigns
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to interact at senior levels of the organization
- Strong project management skills – ensure project milestones are met according to commitments; ability to manage and prioritize a wide variety of project types that vary in scope and scale and excel in a lean work environment
- Demonstrable understanding of the various functional aspects of a marketing organization, plus paid media landscapes
Preferred Qualifications
- Record of leveraging consumer insights and experience to develop campaigns; experience using data and metrics to back up assertions of business value
- Previous experience developing cross-channel marketing plans
- Nimble, resourceful, and detail-oriented; thrives in both independent and collaborative work environments
