We are searching for a Senior NetSuite Administrator to join our fast-growing Business Systems team. The day to day.
Serve as domain specialist and systems administrator for our NetSuite ERP to help the organization maximize efficiency and scale. This is a great opportunity not only to hone your NetSuite skills but also learn other systems in our F&A stack.
● Participate in implementation and integration projects working with multiple teams to refine user roles, permissions and controls
● Support testing and validation of new and existing functionality including configuration, development, and system releases.
● Provide outstanding internal support on system issues including system availability, and performance optimization
● Evaluate system capabilities, identify opportunities, and implement timely solutions to streamline business processes.
● Learn new systems and tools to improve processes and architecture
● Document requirements, design and analyze a variety of reports or queries. Design reports related to internal systems for management and audit purposes
Your skills and expertise.
Minimum qualifications:
● Demonstrated functional and technical knowledge of NetSuite with 5+ years professional experience
● Familiarity with various NetSuite modules such as Fixed Assets, Advanced Revenue Recognition (ARM), SuiteProjects, etc.
● Knowledge of systems infrastructure, industry standards and security practices
● Strong data manipulation, migration, and management abilities
● Ability to design and communicate reports in a user-friendly manner
● Fundamental understanding of internal controls, user permissions and inheritance
● Strong analytical, change management, task management and problem solving skills
● Experience with Change Management methodologies to properly promote system changes from Development to Production
● Excellent collaboration and cross-functional skills.
● Ability to manage multiple initiatives and priorities in a fast-paced collaborative environment
Additional Skills:
● Experience working in or with financial teams
● Familiarity with financial functions and terminology
● Exposure to systems such as Salesforce and HiBob a plus
