About the position:
Globalization Partners is looking for an entrepreneurial Partner Marketing Manager to support marketing efforts that drive engagement, brand awareness, and demand generation within the EMEA partner program. As part of our team, you will be responsible for the creation and execution of awareness, communications, and demand generation programs that drive measurable results and outcomes with specific partners. The ideal candidate will have proven programs and partner experience working in a fast-paced environment.
What you will do:
- Work with the VP, Global Partner Marketing to scale EMEA partner marketing programs across regions and partners.
- Align with Partner Account Managers to support the engagement of partners which includes onboarding, enablement, & programs development.
- Develop relationships with partner marketing counterparts at key partners’ level to develop and implement co-marketing plans that are measurable and compelling.
- Drive the creation and execution of all partner marketing activities including events, webinars, and digital campaigns.
- Liaise with the internal creative and content team to create compelling and cohesive content and packaging to develop strong and compelling communications and programs to, through, and with partners.
- Report on campaign performance against key business drivers and program objectives.
- Communicate and collaborate across internal teams for clarity and alignment.
What you should possess:
- 5+ years of experience in partner marketing, channel marketing and/or business development with high-tech, IT, HRIS or enterprise software space preferred
- Previous track record of successful execution in marketing program with measurable results
- Prior experience in developing and implementing B2B marketing plans
- Skilled in SF.com, HubSpot, 6sense/ABM for job execution is advantageous
- Strong program experience in building and executing results-driven demand generation
- Metric-oriented with a passion for analyzing products, competitors and market dynamics
- Ability to manage projects and make decisions across multiple opportunities and priorities
- Highly motivated, self-starter with exceptional organizational, communication and presentation skills; specifically, the ability articulate plans and results to stakeholders at all levels
- Meticulous and quick learner with a “roll up the sleeves” approach
- Strong ethical and optimistic mindset
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Travel required - 10%
