About the Role
We’re hiring a Senior Product Manager to lead Patient Experience / Outcomes at Rula—focused on making it easier for people to find, start, and stay engaged with high-quality mental health care. Day-to-day, you’ll dive deep into the patient journey, analyze data, and partner with researchers and clinicians to identify the biggest opportunities to improve care. You’ll lead a dedicated engineering team to design, launch, and measure product enhancements that remove friction, deepen engagement, and drive better health outcomes.

Required Qualifications
5+ years of product management experience, ideally in consumer-facing or marketplace products
Proven track record of using data and user insights to drive measurable improvements in user experience and engagement
Experience running A/B tests and applying statistical techniques to evaluate outcomes
Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate strategy, trade-offs, and decisions clearly across technical and non-technical audiences
Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional teams, collaborating with engineering, design, clinical, and operations stakeholders
Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical field
Experience working in a two-sided marketplace, with a strong understanding of supply and demand dynamics
