What’s the opportunity?
We are looking for an experienced hands-on Senior UX Designer to join the Product team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving the execution and the strategy of our main products, you’ll have a special focus on the transactional products and top merchant’s conversion rates, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to articulate business needs and user needs into thorough user experiences.
- Lead the UX design process throughout the product lifecycle, ensuring that the solutions support the company’s overall strategy and goals.
- Communicate with different stakeholders to gather and prioritize product and customer requirements.
- Collaborate with global teams across engineering and product management to deliver scalable, user-friendly solutions.
- Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to illustrate design concepts and interactions.
- Create user journey maps, and other UX artifacts to inform the design process.
- Conduct and evaluate quantitative and qualitative user research, to gather insights and validate design decisions.
- Work closely with developers to ensure feasibility and assist in the implementation of UI elements.
- Advocate for user-centered design principles throughout the product development lifecycle.
- Evaluate and measure the business impact of design and product solutions.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Interaction Design, Graphic Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field (or equivalent and demonstrable work experience).
- +5 years of experience working in digital products as a UX Designer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse projects.
- Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and product lifecycle.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Analytical and problem-solving mindset, with the ability to translate data into actionable and scalable insights.
- Experience with user research methodologies and usability testing techniques.
- Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously with minimal supervision.
- Familiarity with product management tasks.
- Experience leading teams and defining product strategies.
- Ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority.
- Knowledge and understanding of the payments industry and emerging markets context.
- Proficiency in utilizing metric tools, analyzing performance, and optimizing conversion funnels.
