What’s the opportunity?


We are looking for an experienced hands-on Senior UX Designer to join the Product team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving the execution and the strategy of our main products, you’ll have a special focus on the transactional products and top merchant’s conversion rates, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to articulate business needs and user needs into thorough user experiences.



What will I be doing?
  • Lead the UX design process throughout the product lifecycle, ensuring that the solutions support the company’s overall strategy and goals.
  • Communicate with different stakeholders to gather and prioritize product and customer requirements.
  • Collaborate with global teams across engineering and product management to deliver scalable, user-friendly solutions.
  • Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to illustrate design concepts and interactions.
  • Create user journey maps, and other UX artifacts to inform the design process.
  • Conduct and evaluate quantitative and qualitative user research, to gather insights and validate design decisions.
  • Work closely with developers to ensure feasibility and assist in the implementation of UI elements.
  • Advocate for user-centered design principles throughout the product development lifecycle.
  • Evaluate and measure the business impact of design and product solutions.


What skills do I need?
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Interaction Design, Graphic Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field (or equivalent and demonstrable work experience).
  • +5 years of experience working in digital products as a UX Designer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse projects.
  • Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and product lifecycle.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Analytical and problem-solving mindset, with the ability to translate data into actionable and scalable insights.
  • Experience with user research methodologies and usability testing techniques.
  • Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously with minimal supervision.
  • Familiarity with product management tasks.
Nice to have:
  • Experience leading teams and defining product strategies.
  • Ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority.
  • Knowledge and understanding of the payments industry and emerging markets context.
  • Proficiency in utilizing metric tools, analyzing performance, and optimizing conversion funnels.
