A Day in the Life:
As a Workday Senior AMS HCM Consultant, you’ll work on teams to deliver solutions to our clients. Some of the major things you’ll be involved with include:
- Accountability for the successful delivery of workshops with clients to gather, understand, analyze and document business requirements
- Advise clients on industry standards and leading practices- specifically around a variety of area's including Workday Talent, Performance and Recruiting
- Building consensus around business processes and design
- Configuring the Workday application
- Understanding the broader business context
- Building strong, trusted relationships with clients, stakeholders, and the “Skill Squad”
- Mentoring and developing less experienced Consultants on the team
- Taking part in Skillcentrix’s internal strategic priorities and projects
What You Bring:
- 2+ years of functional experience with Workday HCM
- Experience configuring the Workday application
- Current or previous Workday HCM certification including Recruiting, Learning, and Performance Management required
- A passion for guiding, advising, and delighting clients
- A keen interest in the Talent and HR space
- Experience mentoring, developing, and/or managing less experienced Consultants
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Organizational skills
- Oral and written communication skills
- Curiosity, flexibility, tenacity, team player
- College degree preferred
Ability to travel up to 20% (travel is infrequent but does happen from time to time)
