As a Staff Product Manager, you’ll lead the vision, strategy, and execution for our next generation of composable-first product developments, establishing entirely new capabilities that push the boundaries of how people build for the web. This is a pivotal opportunity to build products from the ground up that align with our long-term company mission and serve our fast-growing customer base.

You'll...

  • Define and drive the product strategy for new, composable product lines — considering user needs, business objectives & market opportunities
  • Collaborate deeply with engineering, design, and cross-functional partners to scope, prioritize, and build product experiences as well as integration opportunities to leverage best-in-breed technology used by our largest agencies & customers
  • Drive roadmap alignment across executive stakeholders, clarifying and advocating for new product investments that deliver long-term value
  • Drive the creation & adoption of new APIs to enable composable-first product investment
  • Build AI-first product experiences that leverage modern tools to supercharge the creation and customization of digital experiences
  • Own product execution from zero to one — scoping MVPs, defining success metrics, learning from early customer feedback, and iterating toward scale
  • Partner with go-to-market and customer teams to develop positioning, onboarding, and feedback loops for new product adoption
  • Stay current with industry trends in composability, AI in product development, and user experience design — using this insight to inform your product decisions

In addition to the responsibilities outlined above, at Webflow we will support you in identifying where your interests and development opportunities lie and we'll help you incorporate them into your role.

About you:

You’ll thrive as a Staff Product Manager if you:

  • You have deep product management experience, ideally including 0-1 product launches and platform-level strategy.
  • You’re a systems thinker with a proven ability to design composable platforms or modular product architectures that scale with user needs, with a strong track record of shaping and launching API-first products, including defining developer-facing interfaces, crafting compelling API experiences, and driving adoption through ecosystem thinking and developer enablement.
  • You excel at transforming complex technical capabilities into intuitive, user-friendly experiences, with a strong product intuition and a deep commitment to delivering polished, accessible solutions that delight customers.
  • You’re an exceptional, clear, and strategic communicator, able to influence across technical and non-technical audiences, rally stakeholders, and drive alignment across ambiguity.
  • You thrive in ambiguous, fast-changing environments, and know how to bring clarity through structured thinking, collaboration and iteration, balancing big-picture vision with detail-oriented execution to ship impactful product experiences.
  • You’re passionate about customer outcomes and product quality, adept at balancing vision with execution, and a customer-obsessed problem solver capable of uncovering core user needs and translating them into elegant, scalable product solutions.
  • Stay curious and open to growth — actively building fluency in emerging technologies like AI to unlock creativity, accelerate progress, and amplify impact.

Our Core Behaviors:

  • Obsess over customer experience. We deeply understand what we’re building and who we’re building for and serving. We define the leading edge of what’s possible in our industry and deliver the future for our customers
  • Move with heartfelt urgency. We have a healthy relationship with impatience, channeling it thoughtfully to show up better and faster for our customers and for each other. Time is the most limited thing we have, and we make the most of every moment
  • Say the hard thing with care. Our best work often comes from intelligent debate, critique, and even difficult conversations. We speak our minds and don’t sugarcoat things — and we do so with respect, maturity, and care
  • Make your mark. We seek out new and unique ways to create meaningful impact, and we champion the same from our colleagues. We work as a team to get the job done, and we go out of our way to celebrate and reward those going above and beyond for our customers and our teammates

Benefits & wellness

Safe Remote Job Search Tips

Verify Employer Thoroughly

Research the company's identity thoroughly before applying. Check for a professional website with contacts, active social media, and LinkedIn profiles. Verify details across platforms and look for reviews on Glassdoor or Trustpilot to confirm legitimacy.

Never Pay to Get a Job

Legitimate employers never require payment for applications, training, background checks, or equipment. Always reject upfront payment requests or demands for bank details, even if they claim it's for purchasing necessary work gear on your behalf.

Safeguard Your Personal Information

Protect sensitive data like SSN, bank details, or ID copies. Share this only after accepting a formal, written job offer. Ensure it's submitted via a secure company system or portal, never through insecure channels like standard email attachments.

Scrutinize Communication & Interviews

Watch for communication red flags: poor grammar, generic emails (@gmail), vague details, or undue pressure. Be highly suspicious of interviews held only via text or chat apps; legitimate companies typically use video or phone calls.

Beware of Unrealistic Offers

If an offer's salary or benefits seem unrealistically high for the work involved, be cautious. Research standard pay for similar roles. Offers that appear 'too good to be true' are often scams designed to lure you into providing information or payment.

Insist on a Formal Contract

Always secure and review a formal, written job offer or employment contract before starting work or sharing final personal details. Ensure it clearly defines your role, compensation, key terms, and conditions to avoid misunderstandings or scams.
