- Partner closely with engineering, sales, design, ad operations, partnerships, and data science to deliver products that improve advertiser ROAS, user experience, and marketplace performance.
- Prioritize and manage the mobile performance ads roadmap, balancing immediate optimizations with long-term innovation to sustain scalable, high-performing ad products.
- Deeply understand the mobile app advertising ecosystem—including attribution, measurement, fraud prevention, app store dynamics, and mobile user acquisition best practices—to inform product strategy and execution.
- Deliver intuitive tools, actionable dashboards, and advanced measurement capabilities for advertisers to launch, optimize, and scale app campaigns on Pinterest.
- Become the subject-matter expert for Mobile Performance at Pinterest, analyzing performance data, user flows, and campaign effectiveness to drive continuous product improvement.
- Use data and analytics to drive product prioritization, measure success, and inform recommendations for future investments—including leveraging AI and machine learning where impactful.
- Collaborate with designers to create compelling advertiser interfaces, campaign management tools, and insightful reporting experiences.
- Champion privacy-centric and user-first performance ad solutions, keeping Pinterest’s high bar for user trust and experience at the center of your decision-making.
What we're looking for:
- 7+ years of Product Management experience, with a proven track record of launching and scaling successful ROAS focused performance advertising products, especially in app promotion or ad tech spaces.
- Experience building ML grounded optimization features that deliver scaled performance outcomes for advertisers; AI/ML product feature experience is a plus.
- Strong practical understanding of app ad technology and ecosystem—including mobile measurement partners (MMPs), attribution frameworks (SKAdNetwork, Privacy Sandbox), campaign optimization, fraud detection, and in-app event measurement.
- Familiarity with campaign workflow tools, user experience design, and automation for advertisers or internal operations.
- Direct experience partnering with mobile marketers/agencies, MMPs, attribution/tracking vendors, or integrating with third-party mobile advertising and analytics platforms.
- Exceptional strategic thinking, communication, and collaboration skills, with a data-driven approach to delivering clear business results.
- Demonstrated success working cross-functionally and influencing across organizational boundaries in fast-paced tech environments.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline such as Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or equivalent experience.

Safe Remote Job Search Tips
Verify Employer Thoroughly
Research the company's identity thoroughly before applying. Check for a professional website with contacts, active social media, and LinkedIn profiles. Verify details across platforms and look for reviews on Glassdoor or Trustpilot to confirm legitimacy.
Never Pay to Get a Job
Legitimate employers never require payment for applications, training, background checks, or equipment. Always reject upfront payment requests or demands for bank details, even if they claim it's for purchasing necessary work gear on your behalf.
Safeguard Your Personal Information
Protect sensitive data like SSN, bank details, or ID copies. Share this only after accepting a formal, written job offer. Ensure it's submitted via a secure company system or portal, never through insecure channels like standard email attachments.
Scrutinize Communication & Interviews
Watch for communication red flags: poor grammar, generic emails (@gmail), vague details, or undue pressure. Be highly suspicious of interviews held only via text or chat apps; legitimate companies typically use video or phone calls.
Beware of Unrealistic Offers
If an offer's salary or benefits seem unrealistically high for the work involved, be cautious. Research standard pay for similar roles. Offers that appear 'too good to be true' are often scams designed to lure you into providing information or payment.
Insist on a Formal Contract
Always secure and review a formal, written job offer or employment contract before starting work or sharing final personal details. Ensure it clearly defines your role, compensation, key terms, and conditions to avoid misunderstandings or scams.
