The Conversion Visibility team, based in Seattle, we enable a performant ads marketplace and help prove the value to advertisers by connecting Pinterest onsite activity with conversions that happen offsite (both digital and physical) in a privacy-preserving way.
What you’ll do:
- Architect, build, and optimize pipelines for ingesting, matching, and attributing conversion events with robust guarantees for accuracy, low latency, and large scale.
- Lead technical efforts to integrate SKAdNetwork frameworks and drive seamless measurement, better insights, and reliable reporting for app measurement campaigns.
- Collaborate with product, ads, and measurement partners to define and build privacy-preserving event pipelines tailored to the unique requirements of mobile app measurement flows.
- Build systems that process petabytes of data every day using cutting edge technologies.
- Mentor and guide engineers, sharing advanced knowledge of app attribution, mobile ads measurement, and evolving privacy standards.
What we’re looking for:
- BS (or higher) degree in Computer Science, or a related field.
- 8+ years of relevant industry experience in leading the design of large scale & production systems.
- Extensive, hands-on expertise working with SKAdNetwork (SKAN) frameworks and a deep understanding of app measurement business mechanics and measurement.
- Advanced knowledge with at least one state-of-art programming language (Java, C++, Python).
- Deep knowledge with building distributed systems or measurement solutions.
- Strong product intuition for digital and mobile app advertising and measurement campaigns.
- Individuals looking to work in a close, collaborative group to drive success of key business metrics
