About The Role

We are looking for a Staff Software Engineer, UI to join our technology team. In this role, you’ll take ownership of building performant, scalable, and intuitive user interfaces using React, GraphQL, and modern front-end technologies. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to create seamless user experiences that power the next generation of AI-driven software.

What You’ll Do

  • Design and implement responsive, scalable UI components using React
  • Optimize rendering performance with modern techniques (e.g., memoization, lazy loading, virtualization)
  • Build reusable components and contribute to a shared UI component library
  • Integrate GraphQL APIs and manage real-time data interactions
  • Collaborate closely with product, design, and backend teams to deliver end-to-end features
  • Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code
  • Apply accessibility best practices and responsive design principles
  • Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and team standups
  • Support the evolution of our design system and front-end architecture

What We Need

  • 5–8 years of front-end engineering experience, with a strong focus on React.js
  • Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, and front-end development best practices
  • Experience integrating with GraphQL APIs
  • Strong understanding of performance optimization techniques
  • Experience with UI component libraries and design systems
  • Proficiency in modern styling approaches (SCSS/SASS, Tailwind CSS, Styled Components)
  • Familiarity with accessibility (WCAG, ARIA) and cross-device responsive design
  • Hands-on experience with tools like Webpack, Babel, NPM/Yarn
  • Experience with testing tools such as Jest, React Testing Library, and Cypress
  • Strong Git skills and comfort working in Agile/Scrum environments
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative within a team setting

An Invisible Talent Acquisition Partner can provide more information on which locations are included in each of our geographic pay tiers during the interview process. For candidates outside the U.S., compensation will be adjusted to reflect local market conditions and cost-of-living differentials.

Bonuses and equity are included in offers above entry level. Final compensation is determined by a combination of factors, including location, job-related experience, skills, knowledge, internal pay equity, and overall market conditions. Because of this, every offer is unique. Additional details on total compensation and benefits will be discussed during the hiring process.
