This is a fully remote position and we're considering candidates in the Sweden only
- Provide cross-organizational leadership, effectively translating strategic objectives into actionable programs with clear timelines and measurable outcomes by collaborating with Engineering, Product, Go-to-Market and external partner teams
- Lead end-to-end technical programs and large-scale initiatives from inception to delivery across Grafana’s platform and open-source ecosystem
- Serve as the core spokesperson for large-scale programs and communicate with all levels of the company and organization
- Document and regularly publish plans, progress reports, and retrospective analyses for the initiatives
- Identify and mitigate risks and interdependencies across complex, multi-team initiatives to ensure programs maintain forward momentum toward agreed outcomes
- Facilitate continuous improvement in collaboration with Engineering and Product Management leaders
- 6+ years of experience as a program manager, or an engineering leader with deeply developed program management skills
- Proven track records of successfully delivering complex, multi-year technical programs spanning multiple engineering teams
- Experience managing programs in highly distributed, remote-first organizations
- Strong communication skills in multiple forms across all levels of the organization
- Ability to work asynchronously and with people from diverse backgrounds
- Ability to consider the balance between short and long term solutions and their impacts, and help drive an effective decision
- Experience with observability platforms, monitoring infrastructure, ideally with Grafana products
- Experience with infrastructure deployment across different cloud providers
In the United States, the Base compensation range for this role is Kr 739,000- Kr 886,000. Actual compensation may vary based on level, experience, and skillset as assessed throughout the interview process. All of our roles include Restricted Stock Units (RSUs), giving every team member ownership in Grafana Labs' success. We believe in shared outcomes—RSUs help us stay aligned and invested as we scale globally.
