As a StratOps Associate you will play a critical role in supporting key initiatives that drive strategic and operational excellence across Turing. This position offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience with high-impact projects, cross-functional collaboration, and exposure to senior leaders.

What you’ll do:

  • Support one or more strategic initiatives by assisting with research, analysis, and execution.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including GTM, product, engineering, and data science, to align on project goals and ensure seamless execution.
  • Conduct detailed data analysis to identify insights, track performance metrics, and inform decision-making.
  • Assist in creating project plans, defining success metrics, and monitoring milestones.
  • Contribute to problem-solving efforts by identifying challenges, brainstorming solutions, and implementing process improvements.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and dashboards for leadership to communicate progress and outcomes effectively.

What we’re looking for:

  • Excellent communicator: You possess strong written and verbal communication skills, enabling you to work well with diverse stakeholders.

  • Action-oriented: You have a bias for action and are eager to take initiative in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Preferred qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of experience in strategy, operations, or related roles at a high-growth startup or consulting firm.
  • Familiarity with project management, operations, or analytics.
  • Strong proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, economics, or a related field.
